Expensive, but pretty decent hair cut. I would have given 3-4 star, however: (1) The owner was incredibly nice and friendly, and (2) My girl really like the haircut. The only reason id give less stars is the price. For this price (haircut + bear = $49) other barbers would have have done my eyebrows and not left any hair on my cheeks.

But I give 5 stars. The guy works hard, he cares, he deserves it, it shows. And like I said, even though I wasn't blown away, I've already gotten a lot of compliments on the job he did. So he deserves 5 stars.

I was in need of a haircut--STAT--but the barbershop I usually go to is temporarily closed while their primary barber recovers from surgery. There are two other barbershops in town and after checking one out online and seeing their exorbitant (to me) prices (I mean, come on it's Highland Park, NJ, not NYC), I walked down to Everbody's Barber Shop. George was able to squeeze me in in between a couple of appointments. George was friendly, professional, and gave me the exact cut I wanted. He also gave me one of the best beard trims I've ever had (which earned him a lot of points in my wife's book since she isn't a fan of my tendency to let my beard get a little unkempt). Good conversation, an excellent haircut and beard trim, and good prices. You can't beat that! (Though now I'm in a conundrum about what I'll do when my regular barber is back on his feet. Alternate between him and George maybe?)

The best haircut you can get at a good price! George is one of the best there is and will have you looking sharp.

George is very good with curly hair, has great experience and knowledge at making longer parts meet with the tapered parts of the haircut, especially at the back part of the head. This has been difficult to get right by other barbers, as they struggle to figure out how to bring together the different hair densities and lengths, such that they don’t end up with awkward parts puffing out when curly hair dries. George has great calculation of how curly hair behaves

Great service! Recently I have been getting my cut by George! He is an expert at what he is doing and more importantly listens to you in case you are looking for a certain type of haircut.
Also, he is friendly and easy to have a conversation with! I definitely recommend this place!

I've been going here for decades, and there's no one better than Angie. She's friendly, helpful, accommodating, and most important of all, she's a wonderful barber. She's always willing and eager to work with customers to give them the style they want. Highland Park is lucky to have her.

They are courteous, friendly, and exceptionally responsive. I am always pleased with the haircut I receive there and the prices are very reasonable. Angela, the proprietor, is an uncommonly pleasant person who cares about her customers. She also takes great care when she gives my father in law a shave and a haircut. It’s a great local business!

I found this barber shop in the last year and they have the best price and the best stylist in town hands down. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a haircut. Ask for the woman who cuts the hair. She's a great stylist

I really have to say that I have been coming here since I was a kid. Great service never dissatisfied. I'm 18 now. Thank you Angela. There is no other barber then this small town one. I would discourage going to the new and fancy one across the street!

This is everyone’s barber shop but George is not any barber. A real artist in cutting hair and in creating a great ambience. It feels like a real community place.
