Zeppelin Hall Beer Garden

This is our go to spot for food/drinks with a large group. The food and drinks are good. You have options for dinning: you can be served in their dining room or you can order at a window and you can eat outside or in the main hall. They are also dog friendly and have a private space you can rent

Haven't been back in Jersey City for quite some time. This was the perfect spot for our High School reunion. Very casual and chill. We all met up after 22 years. Drinks were good and fast. Bar food was good. Awesome staff.

We love this spot—the ambiance, the people, and the food. We will come again and again. However, the use of 1-liter plastic beer mugs is disappointing. You can do better!

I always like to come here on a chill night! On Saturday’s they have a Dj too so you can dance. They have lots of rooms and an outdoor area. I think it’s a great spot for groups. The food is pretty good too. I would definitely recommend going here, it’s a staple jersey city spot!

This place was pretty awesome. Great music, and live band segment. Nice vibes and chill environment. Bench style where everyone is sort of sitting community style. It's a huge place with about 3 different bars. I would definitely be back.

You can't go wrong with Zeppelin! This massive beer hall provides a solid selection of German (and other) beer along with a delicious menu!

Not only is the indoor space large, but Zeppelin's outdoor area is also very spacious. Finally the outdoor remains open when it's chilly but there are tents and even a fireplace to keep you warm.

Pro-tip: You won't go wrong with an order of pierogis! 🥟

It's a very nice beer garden. Kinda hidden off the beat from the area. The drinks were great an not too pricey. We paid for a group party happy hour. The food was amazing. The crab rolls, chefs kiss.

The drinks are always fast and good, and the atmosphere can get range from super busy on big days to a quiet few people on others. The food is hit or miss, but the sausages are good. Definitely try some of their food specials when they’re going on, which is usually.

Great place to grab a beer with 1 - 50 friends! Came here while living in NYC & when across the street (and never heard the noise which is great!)

Have been to several parties here & hosted one myself (pictures reflect party trays). Lots of good food and selection of bar packages. Staff are friendly.

They have pig roasts in the summer!

FYI - it was closed most of COVID and eventually opened for a couple days a week in the summer of 2021. Impressed they managed to stay open for being closed for over a year!

A large "beer garden" area that includes long tables with benches seating, an outdoor bar, with water dispenser available. The inside is large, with the front area, closest to the entrance able to seat about small groups of people, with access to its own bar. There are bottles of different European beers available in display refrigerators.
There's a large back area that has another bar and a stage for live music. It is also has the window where you order your food. You are given an electronic tag that vibrates when your food is ready.
The staff are friendly and helpful. You can find the beer and food menu online.
The food quality is quite good. Excellent pretzels; absolutely excellent. Crispy outter layer, nicely salted, and served warm. The sausages were both juicy, with a crisp skin. The pulled pork was delicious and the brisket a bit dry and tough.
The bathroom was clean but stank, although it was empty and it was early. Felt like it needed a thorough scrubbing with Mr. Clean and the air vents vacuumed.
This is a great spot for a group of friends. We were 5 people celebrating a birthday and had a great time. Back garden showed a variety of ages, including people with children. It is a nice social setting.

Bartender Patina was the most knowledgeable of the beer selections and always had a smile when serving. Jager Schnitzel Chicken was delicious!

We absolutely love Zeppelin Hall. We hosted the welcome drinks for our wedding here ( in the private back room) and also did our wedding afterparty at Zeppelin Hall ( a few tables reserved for us with snacks on them). Working with Yosra to get everything planned was fantastic and so easy. The staff was incredible and all so friendly and flexible. It was a great experience for all the guests and people LOVED the food platters. We could not recommend Zeppelin Hall more for private events and even just to stop by for a good time.

Great place! There are 4 sections during the winter time - outdoor, outdoor tent, one room with a fire place, and a large beer hall. Good place for families and large groups. We had a group of 6 and there was plenty of space at a long table in the beer hall.

You order food at a window and they give you a buzzer to let you know when it's ready for pick up. We ordered the large wurst platter, chicken schnitzel sandwich, veggie burger (not pictured). I would definitely go back.

Have been to this place so many times, not sure why I never reviewed. This Biergarten is probably one of the best in NYC, Brooklyn, Hoboken and Jersey City. I’ve been to several and they either range from clumsy, loud, pretentious, dingy to you name-what-you-like. This place beats all of them hands down in terms of open space, beer selections ( I have to admit post covid it’s bit less than usual), sports live telecast from Soccer, Football, Basketball, Baseball to Ice Hockey, pick up your food from the counter. This is a very large area and you can really have a fantastic time with friends. Went there during Oktoberfest they had the roast, the live bands, Bratwurst and Beers
