A local gem! Daphnes is only open for breakfast & lunch. Old school diner atmosphere with classics and modern meals on the menu. Perfect poached eggs every time I’ve been there. Tips are cash only, there is an ATM by the restroom.

Fish and grits were the best I've ever had! It's not even on the menu but they made it happen. Eggs poached to perfection!

My wife and I decided to try a new mom and pop diner for breakfast this past weekend and Daphne’s had high praise on google so we figured we’d try it out. The staff were so unbelievably friendly and inviting. For a small and intimate diner we sure felt like we were just as important as the regulars that go there every week. We decided to get a little bit of everything on the menu out of curiosity and it was all amazing with the exception of the home fries. But we prefer the shaved version versus the chopped up. Either way, place was phenomenal and we definitely will be back.

First time omg i LOVED it i love cute little atmosphere and the homemade stuff around counter and the amazing menu our waitress was so awesome, down to earth and just enjoyable. Me my sister and god mother had an incredible little lunch! Very awesome will be back

What a hidden gem in New Jersey!
We tried the outstanding blueberry grilled cheese (with egg), beets and feta salad and burgers with sweet potato fries!!!

I ordered the French toast, sausage, bacon, and egg combo. Portions were big. Food came out hot and delicious! Friendly waitress. I'm looking forward to coming back!

We went here for breakfast and lunch. The food and the staff were great! The atmosphere was so authentic. They had the best coffee. I would recommend this diner 💯.

Atmosphere is of the typical diner, fast paced and straight to the point. Staff is quick, attentive, and super friendly. Our waitress recognized our group from a few days previously which was nice. Easy place to quickly become a regular. Only complaint is we could not leave a tip to our receipt after paying via credit/debit card.

A classic diner in New Jersey that is represented well by a large menu at affordable prices. The staff seemed very friendly and accommodating of our groups needs. Based on how popular the diner was, I assume this place is an institution for many families in the area! Definitely worth stopping by if you're looking for a quick breakfast.

Such a cute place! Doesn't look like much from the street but so glad I saw pictures before I got there. I got a perfect breakfast. Perfect eggs, perfect bacon, perfect sausage and the cutest perfect waffles. The waffles were served with this awesome cinnamon butter. Tons of choices for all different eaters.

Ordered the Eggs Benedict with french fries on the side. The eggs were perfectly cooked and the Hollandaise sauce was absolutely delicious and was ready to eat very quickly. The fries were pretty good too; not too soggy and not too crunchy. Can't stress enough how good the Hollandaise sauce was, though. Highly recommended!

It may look a little raggedy, but this place packs a powerful punch! All the food is scrumptious and the portions are quite big! If you are a foodie, you won't be disappointed! The menu is extensive, and the Specials are gourmet dishes for sure!

Great lil authentic diner in Jersey. Service was fabulous and very quick. Sounded like a lot of regulars come in on repeat visits. Got a bagel with pork roll egg and cheese. It was toasted and served to perfection.

I highly recommend Daphne's Diner! The cutest diner like I remember when I was a kid! I ordered the Terry Special it was so delicious and the presentation was perfection! Everything is made to order fresh and whole products! Daphne is keeping the American Diner Vibe Alive! I will definitely be back!!

fantastic. I was split between 3 different entrees for sunday brunch, I had the server decide for me. I was not let down in the slightest. pulled pork tacos topped with scrambled eggs, goat cheese and apricot perserves. was killer, and filling! 16$, which is really reasonable. got a coffee, and a slice of their homemade german chocolate cake to go. with tax, it was about 25$. 10/10 would go again. Service was great also! Very friendly.

Ive read alot of reviews regarding prices. I used to work in the industry, and still eat out often. These are 100% reasonable prices, if you dont think so, cook at home.

This is my favorite brunch spot in the area. Very unsuspecting Route 66 vibes diner, but some delicious & very creative options for both breakfast & lunch. They always have some great specials, too. Blueberry banana buckwheat pancakes were delicious, as were the eggs benedict dishes I've had. Pretty big portions too! Waitresses are great and they take good care of you. Can't go wrong here, highly recommended!

This place is a delight. Truly a lucky find. It has that classic diner feel and you can tell the staff are passionate about what they do. The menu is lovingly crafted with no shortage of creativity. I had the Chicken and Waffles Eggs Benedict and I wish every diner had it! 10/10 would definitely come again.

One of the best diners near Princeton area! Very cute! Friendly staff and service! Good food! Went there for brunch and was not disappointed with the omelettes! Would definitely go there again!

Ok dirt parking lot with room for a couple trucks. Delicious food with big portions. Old school diner atmosphere with friendly staff. Lots to choose from on the menu. Hubby and I ate the stuff below, had a couple coffees and a pumpkin spice cappuccino for about $42.
