Update: my car has now been stuck, inaccessible in this garage for 7 days.

Great way to dispose of cars you don’t want any more. Just park them here - no one can ever retrieve a vehicle and the customer service is non-existent, technicians are apparently invisible when they’re “working on it”

DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE. I have been a monthly parker here and I can tell you without reservation this automated parking garage is absolutely worthless. I am writing this review while I have still been waiting for my car to come down for the last half hour. This parking rarely works and literally no maintenance work is ever done - they just wait for everything to break and then you’re stuck. In my time here only two of three bays have ever been functional. No employee is ever physically present at the garage, zero customer service and they will do everything they can to avoid having to send a technician out to fix anything. My previous negative review of this place from the last time I was stuck without my car was deleted. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Charrise Carridice and Iris Laks Finkelman from this garage company are SCAMMERS. After a year of worst experience parking here, I canceled the monthly parking. Charrise Carridice asked me to mail the key fob back and pay for the shipping myself if I want to get the security deposit back. They ghosted me immediately I mailed back the key fob. If you still really want to park here after reading all the reviews, don't bother returning the key fob because you are not getting the deposit back anyway.

DO NOT PARK HERE. If you live at the Lenox or the Quinn, DO NOT sign up for the monthly parking here! This (“automated”) garage never works; cars are stuck in the automated system ALL THE TIME - by which I mean multiple times a day. In some occasions, it can take over 24 hours to retrieve your car (which happened to us on Easter Sunday). Terrible terrible terrible.

This garbage is awful ! Do not park here. It is mechanical and always broke . Cars stuck for 5 days but will charge you and not credit you back for their mistake.

I have horrible experience with this garage. This system is garbage and custom service has the rudest humans. also if you ever think for a montly subscription, I can tell you this is the worst idea in the world. you can not use the parking immediately and have to wait for a key fob. and also they will charge you for key fob, charge you for delivery. also they ask you fill in crazy amount of document and insist on you sending all document incl. insurance card, vehicle registration and driver lisence, credit card and plus banking checking account; all together 4 pages of forms!!!! and you cannot use the key fob until all those documents are sent!

on top of that the system often have problem to take the car out. this is a automated system which in other words very difficult to find a support person and their company staff is the rudest people I ever met in my life. I often see people queueing up in the garage having problem to get the car out. people frustrated all the time. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MOENY and find an appropriate service somewhere else.
