Tuscany's Italian Restaurant

We just moved to this area and came in for dinner. the caprese was so good we ordered a second one. I’m typically not a fan of toasted ravioli, there’s are good! We ordered fettuccini Alfredo for the baby, it was probably the best I’ve ever tasted. I know what I’m ordering when we go back. I had eggplant Parmesan it was very good. My son and husband had the chicken Jerusalem, they both said it was delicious. My daughter in law had the ravioli, again a hit. Then bread and dipping oil/herbs are a nice touch. Drinks were never empty. Parking out front. A wide selection on the menu. Big portions. Will save room for dessert next time.

Better than Olive Garden. (Sorry Olive Garden). Ordered Tortellini with alla panna sauce. Best dish ever. Definitely coming here again. Please give me recipes??

Moving to a Blue Springs soon and stopped for dinner here after apartment shopping. The food was wonderful. I sat at the bar since I was alone, but ended up being served by the owner who treated me like an old friend he was catching up with.

I will definitely return!

The food was excellent and the service was good. I'd definitely recommend this place. We came in Tuesday night and they were pretty slow. I'm not sure why they weren't busier as I really enjoyed this place.

Twice now. Our group loves it. Best spaghetti I've ever eaten. Homemade bread, meatballs are great. Owner is our server. He is awesome. Very attentive. Definitely our new hangout.

This is my daughter's favorite place to go out to eat. She loves the fried ravioli and pink lemonade. The food is delicious and the wait staff is remarkably kind and attentive.

During Christmas, they had a tree with little presents for the kids who came in. The owner (I assume?) always comes out and makes a big deal about saying hello to my daughter. He always addresses her as 'Little Princess' and she absolutely loves it.

It's a comfortable little neighborhood restaurant with a great atmosphere, delicious food, and thoughtful people working there.

The Absolute Best Fettuccine Alfredo and Shrimp, ( I also added scallops) I have ever had!! Their sauce is amazing!! The sweet tea is perfect!! I 100% recommend this place!!!!

Oh my...this place is amazing!! The food was warm and just as expected from the menu description. Took dessert home and had an alcoholic drink. The owner came to the table and chatted with us and was personable and genuine.

Food was amazing. Large portions and tasted so good. The garlic bread that they bring to start with, came out warm and soft. Server was attentive and had a great attitude. Would definitely recommend and will be returning soon!

This place is one of the top italian restaurants to eat. Everything was very delicious came out fresh and hot, drinks were made perfectly would come back here again next time I'm in town.

This was a new place for me and family to try while visiting my parents in Independence Mo.

We ordered an appetizer of Fried Cheese Ravioli with marinara sauce. The Ravioli were light golden brown, AMD the marinara sauce was amazing. I give it a 10 on an 1-10 scale. I cannot say enough to describe it and do it justice, JUST GET IT and see fornyourself.

I ordered the Sicilian Marsala, and it did jot disappoint. Earthy robust flavors from the mushrooms, wine and garlic sauce, 6 medium shrimp AMD the tender succulent veal was just perfect.

My wife had the Chicken Picatta and OH MY, was it delightful! Every bite you could taste the layers of Garlic, wine, lemon. It made a very bright AMD delicious sauce. Chicken was cooked to perfection!! Not a single dry or overcooked bite.

My mom got their Tour Of Italy, which comprised of Fettuccini Alfredo, a nice piece of Lasagna, and also a Chicken Parmesan. All three items were so delicious, that I've already chosen it to order the next time we go there for dinner.

Only issue we had was service was a bit slow from the kitchen, but to no fault of the establishment. They had a cook decide he wanted to walk out mid shift and not come back.

The head Chef came out to apologize to is profusely and made sure everything was ok with our food(as we were 1 of 3 tables left in the dining room).

The coffee was so good I asked to know what brand it was and the head Chef GAVE me coffee to take home. My wife pulled out her wallet to pay for it, and he Respectfully and kindly made her put her wallet away and refused to take any money for it.

Ladies and Gents, I highly recommend Tuscany's for family dinners. The staff is great, the establishment is clean, cozy and delightful. Cost per person os very reasonable, and the portions served are more than I expected, as I'm a largeish fellow(6ft 1in, 295lbs) and can put some food away, I could not eat all my dinner.

Great local Italian restaurant! Staff is good, the owner is great and is very hospitable! I have never had a bad meal, this is one of my go to places for good food!

Last Friday we helped move our son to Blue Springs near 10th street. Did a search for supper and Italian/pasta sounded great. I may never eat anywhere else when we return for visits! It's not JUST THE HOT GARLIC FRESH FROM THE OVEN BREAD KNOTS!!!! The shrimp appetizer, calamari, and fried ravioli (never been a fan) these were fried but soft and full of filling, I'm a fan of this restaurants now! There were 5 of us and 5 different dishes arrived. Everyone raved and plates were wiped clean (garlic bread knots again!) THE trio with alla pana sauce was mine. It was fantastic. Everything tasted homemade and Pasta Granny approved. Desserts also very very good. Our server Taeghan was kind informative and provided excellent service.

We decided to try this place in blue springs. I was really impressed. However, you have to be patient the owner seats, takes your order and brings it out to you but you won't be disappointed

❤ Tried Tuscany Italian in Blue Springs doe the first time. We went early (5pm) and had the while place to ourselves. The decor is lovely and provides a nice ambience. Prices are fair and our service was great. (Sometimes when you're the only table your server can end up being a bit overbearing, but that wasn't the case here at all.)

❤ The food was delicious - we tried the lasagna, the works spaghetti, friend ravioli (no pic, we were too busy talking at that point), and the cannoli for desert. They also provide free baskets of bread. The bread was super good, with a home-made flavor. The red sauce is sweet but not overly so, and lightly seasoned. The lasagna was had a great balance of cheese, sauce, and meat. My favorite though was the cannoli. I can not do it justice by describing it here, so just go try it!

Food is excellent, and a variety of options, including Veal & seafood. The shrimp appetizer coupled with freshly baked rolls start us off every time. Ife never had a bad meal here. Underpriced for the quality.
