Cayman Pools was a pleasure to deal with! Heather in the office is extremely responsive and very clear abut the process. It was a pleasure dealing with her both over the phone and via email. Dave was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue with our heater. Thank you for helping us out!

Cayman Pools and Spas has always provided me with great service, and helpful insight on keeping my pool in tip-top condition for the summer. The staff is friendly and does everything for me- I don't have to worry about the hassle of going to the pool store all the time. Currently, I'm on their weekly service package and it's great! All of my family and friends love coming to my house and enjoying the pool.

Very welcoming and helpful place to be. The customer service is excellent. They are there for you if you have a question or you need to resolve a problem. We just purchased the house with pool that it was in very bad shape. Even our pool is almost 40 years old Chris and Mary helped us to make our pool to be like a new pool. We purchased in Cayman pools&Spas not just chemicals for pool but also filter , pump and crawler. We opened green pool but after their service we were able to enjoy the pool every day of the summer.

By FAR the best pool service for water analyzation. I have been to every local store over the years and I always return to Cayman when no one else can figure out my water issues. All the other local stores hire young kids for the summer, who have no water analysis training in their background. The owner of Cayman is by far the best expert in Mercer County. All other places have the standard answer to over-shock the pool to correct 99% of water issues. Cayman is big into the overall water breakdown, including the Phosphorus content which play such a big part into proper water balance. Cayman is a little bit out of the way, but well worth the extra time. They have never failed me.

Amazing experience. No one else could help us and every other pool store in the area just sold us products that did absolutely nothing but burn a hole in our pockets.

If you need someone you can trust who is NOT interested in just robbing you dry, this is the only pool store that I will go to from now on.

Here's our story:

We just moved into this home in November and the pool was slime green, not well attended to by previous owners. We opened it the first weekend of May and went to work. However, it seemed to get worse and worse and we didn't know why. We are new time pool owners and were learning as we went. After spending hundreds of dollars to make it GREENER, I was fed UP. This went on for a month and a half.

I was hoping the pool would collapse in itself I was so frustrated. Then, a community member in Allentown recommended Cayman Pools. We had nothing to lose.

I should have known to stick to Allentown businesses. Immediately after showing them pictures, they gave us exactly what we needed. It turned blue in A DAY. ONE SINGLE DAY.

Of course, we had to scoop out buckets and buckets of leaves, 3 full garbage cans to be exact, chemicals, vaccum about 20 times (not exaggerating) but now, we finally have a working pool!

I will NEVER go anywhere else, in my eyes, these are the ONLY people I will ever trust. Everyone else cared about our money, not our lives. Cayman pools solved the solution in the least expensive way and gave instructions every step of the way.

I would call, go to the store, ask for advice and they NEVER turned me away, but offered the correct solution. Thanks to them, we can continue to help our puppy avoid surgery through physical therapy in our own, fully swimmable pool! THANK YOU SO MUCH! So greatful.

They were verg nice people i hauled a load of pool supplies to them very helpful.

We contracted with Cayman Pools to install a new inground pool liner in October 2021. We paid for water to fill the pool and then covered for the winter. Upon opening the pool in May of 2022 there was only two feet of water in the pool. The liner had a tear in the seam that caused the water to leak out over the winter. Cayman Pools did not take responsibility and told me to call the liner manufacturer (Dover Pool Products) and explain what happened. I made numerous phone calls to Dover and Cayman. Cayman did not try and help us get some kind of compensation after paying over $5k for a new liner . Dover would not agree that the liner tear was in the seam and tried to blame us for having ground water issues which was clearly not the case in this situation. I am totally disappointed in both of these companies. I now have to get another brand new liner, one year after getting a brand new liner. Costing me double the usual cost since I have to buy another one Now.

They came to clean my salt water filter and left a pipe PLUGGED which led to the motor on the filter working too hard. They almost broke my pool filter because some dolt forgot to remove the plug after cleaning. NEVER GO HERE.

went in for a new pool motor and was sold way more then i needed and was told everything is returnable and went back 3 days later and was told i couldn't return it... there very confusing and dont know what there talking about

I have driven to the store so many times when they were supposed to be open and nobody is there. I have had it with these people.

Over charge for the same work and parts that others do; HORRIBLE customer service. I wish I could give them a negative score.
