The pharmacists at Saiff are very helpful and know their patients well. This local pharmacy is fundamental to community health, and their pharmacists and techs will always inherently treat you better than Rite Aid across the street ever could, just by nature of their being a local medical provider with a smaller number of patients. And unlike the big corporate pharmacies, they have the time to take care of you *fully* in their understanding of Highland Park’s specific social and environmental factors impacting health.

Love this place and all the staff! Were great when I lived in highland park for years as I was local- they had helpful covid-19 precautions too. I moved out of Highland Park in April 2021 to another town and still uber round trip there once a month because they know me, my history, and are always helpful. I will stay with them as long as I am in the area, and when/if I leave, will be sure to find another small local pharmacy like them!

I like the feel of a smaller business. The big chains are good if you’re traveling and need to get a refill. With everything going on with COVID-19 being safe is my primary concern. I had a few items filled at a competitor only because it was after Saiff Drugs closed. To get someone on the phone took over 5 minutes and that was to see if they can bring the script outside instead of me going in and standing in line with everyone else.

When my order from Saiff was ready, I had the option of having them deliver it to me (no charge) or pick it up. All their pickups are done at the side entrance. They confirm who you are, open the door and they can either hand you the stuff or will place it on the ground so there is no contact.

Without a doubt, give them a chance.

I've been using Saiff since we moved to NJ a decade ago. I wouldn't trust my family's care to anyone but Vijay and his staff. There are amazing benefits to having a pharmacist who gets to know you, and on more than one occasion, they have alerted us to an issue with a prescription that has allowed us to follow up with our health care providers. In the last year, we've also been so thankful for their delivery service, which has helped elderly relatives get their medications on time and without the trouble of leaving home. This personalization has led to our commitment to shop small and support this amazing local business. We encourage everyone else to do the same.

Very caring and understanding staff! Rite Aid is across the street and I will refuse to go there due to the way I am treated by their staff. When I go into Saiff, not only am I remembered but I am always treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. They are also extremely fast at filling prescriptions as I have probably only waited 15 minutes at the very most in the 3 years I have been a customer.

So thankful I started using Saiff . Vijay is so friendly and gets your stuff ready quickly. The whole staff is kind. . If you pay out of pocket ,their prices are 75% less than the big chain pharmacies. Go there!! You won't be disappointed.

Re: Stacy Mullen - I find it really a character assassination that Stacy Mullen was reviewed with such personalized aminus. Stacy has always been cordial, informative, extremely civil and understanding with me and my family.

I depend on a good relationship with my pharmacist as I have complicated medications. With Stacy (and Vjay and other pharmacists at Saiff) information is always provided in a kind, knowledgeable manner.
I have used Saiff Drugs for 43 years since moving to Highland Park in 1976.
Ivan Saiff was a gentleman and his business has been carried forward since his retirement in a similar manner.

I'm not sure of the circumstances which described Stacy in an unkind and unprofessional but my guess is that there was some complicated circumstances provided to her at the moment and that the reviewer has a distorted of interactions that might have skewed her reporting.

Most professional pharmacy I've been to, with a family atmosphere, not a chain where you're merely a prescription number. Good old fashioned customer service by a caring staff, where they truly care about you and your health.

So glad I decided to transfer my medication here rather then rite aid across the street. ..the staff here is so friendly and helpful. Never once have I felt uncomfortable here...I will never go back to rite aid neither will my family members

Vijay and Stacey went out of their way to assist me in getting a prescription out of the area at very short notice. I will remain loyal to Saiff, they have earned it !

Always so helpful
They always provide me with great service. Compare to the other drug store in town, I've never had to wait. They will deliver to you, and try to help out any way possible. They do have parking in the back.

Great staff, medications are filled promptly, have a great selection of supplements and various other medical needs (compression socks, gauze, etc.). Highly recommend!
