I had the most amazing experience at Coterie 17 Salon! From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and at ease. It's not your typical hair or nail salon - it's more like a spa-like atmosphere. The best part is that you can get all your services done in one go, without having to run around to different places. I've been to a few stylists for my hair and they made the big chop so much easier.

Saberee is an amazing nail tech - I booked with her in advance and she was super helpful. The cafe is a lovely touch, and the front desk staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Overall, I'm so impressed with Coterie 17 Salon and can't wait to go back!

Brenna was outstanding! I’m newer to the NJ area and Coterie was recommended to me. I was hesitant to book an appointment at first because I have a hard time trusting people with my hair. I finally took the leap of faith and booked an appointment with Brenna based on the work she shared on her instagram. She took the time to understand my hair goals and shared her expertise as well. She was confident, professional and welcoming. She truly saved my hair! I highly recommend!

Best salon I have ever gone to and I’m 55. Staff is totally professional, and friendly. The atmosphere is so relaxing and comfortable. Beautiful interior and so very upscaled. Would recommend to anyone that wants the best salon in NJ. I’m from ocean county and come here. Brenna is the best stylist especially with blondes. She is very informative, knowledgeable and a pleasure to be a client of. She fixed what 10 previous salons couldn’t. I wouldn’t go to anyone else from now on. The salon has so many additional services besides hair. Before anyone goes anywhere check this place out first you definitely will not be disappointed!!!!! 😁

Alex always goes above and beyond with whatever crazy requests I ask for and today was no different. I have amazing color, an incredible cut, and she made me color conditioner to keep my color taken care of at home.

Ever since I started going to Coterie 17 I’ve had Brenna as my stylist and colorist.

Brenna took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered valuable suggestions based on my hair type and skin tone. Her expertise and attention to detail is truly impressive. I feel like I was in the hands of a true artist who knows exactly how to enhance my natural features.

Not only was the service top-notch, but the salon itself was inviting and comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxing, and I felt pampered throughout the entire appointment.

I highly recommend Brenna to anyone looking for a skilled hair stylist and colorist. Her talent, creativity, and passion for her craft shine through every time.

Brenna is amazing. I have been getting my hair colored by her and recently had some balayage added and I can’t believe how good it turned out (although I shouldn’t be surprised bc she really is that talented). I love how much she pays attention to detail and she really makes sure she listens to you. She is also very transparent about her pricing and what exactly she will be doing with your hair. Every time we meet she takes the time to consult about my color to make sure I am happy with it but she also makes sure to offer some insight and suggestions which I find very helpful. If you are looking for someone to color (or cut) your hair you really must make an appointment with her - she truly is wonderful - I cannot recommend her enough!

Sarah was a sweet as can be! I really appreciated her kindness and how she listened so intently to my concerns about my hair. She showed me a photo of what I described and it was exactly what I had wanted. She cut my hair accurately and she was very gentle. The end result was even better than I expected. I am extremely pleased with my new style. I look forward to my next visit with Sarah in 6 weeks.

Luz does an exceptional job and the only person I trust with my ingrown toenails. The best! My feet leave feeling brand new and so fresh. Very clean and highly recommend men’s pedicure!

Delia is always timely and always kind and fun to chat with! She is very knowledgeable and simply terrific at what she does. My color is always on point and my hair cuts perfect! She’s the best!

I needed a change after COVID. Not only was I feeling drabby, but I just turned 60 and my greys were coming in fast and furious. I asked Tatiana what I could do, and she explained how I could hide the greys longer by going with a lighter color. Not one to take drastic risks, we started with highlights, and I gradually went lighter all over. Words can’t express how transformed I felt that first time! I received compliments from everyone I knew. Here’s the most special thing though: I have been seeing Tatiana ever since, and I kid you not, I am still getting compliments on my hair. From strangers in the post office, people waiting on line at Costco, to strangers walking down the street. And while I hate making the time to get my hair colored, the staff is always so pleasant, and the food from Arvo is delicious, and healthy. It’s a wonderful experience all around!

I’ve been trusting Carmen to care for my hair for over 20 years. From curls to straight hair, she always knows what I need and what I’m asking for! Today’s cut was exactly what I needed! She is amazing at both cutting and styling my hair whether it’s curly or straight. She is amazing!

I love Coterie 17! I have been going there for several years. Brenna and her assistants are friendly and personalize my hair care and know want I want. Same for all of the services I receive.

I tried Coterie 17 for the first time and I am thrilled with my stylist, Ali, and my new haircut. She listened to what I wanted and used her expertise to design a style that worked with my hair type, my face shape and my lifestyle. She is truly passionate about her profession and it shows in her work. Plus she is genuinely fun and interesting to talk with. I have definitely found my new stylist!

Sandra is amazing! She made my first hair coloring experience truly wonderful. She nailed the exact color I wanted and gave me tips for how to style my curly hair. I am truly thankful she turned a very nervous situation into a fantastic experience for me!
