I sent a canvas to this store for Mother's Day for my mother-in-law. I accidentally sent the wrong picture and Shanice was understanding and took care of it. Great customer service.

Our family has been using this store for pharmacy and occasional other purchases. We are very happy. Pharmacists are courteous and respectful.

Never not once had an issue with the staff. As a matter of fact, it's my favorite Walgreens to go to. Now I don't pick up meds here but I get everything else.

This walgreens is one of the best pharmacy in the market ,staff are very friendly and helpful ,the manager in the morning is very friendly as well. The store is very clean and organized

They had what I needed at a good price

Walgreens on Hamilton St in Franklin, NJ is a very nice Pharmacy. The person at the counter was very friendly and efficient. The Pharmacist was very nice and Professional. I waited only a few minutes. I would discount those poor reviews as I had a very positive experience.

I have visited this walgreens a few times and most of my visits are to look at whats on sale in the store or I may be looking for a product or use the ATM Usually I go inside its never crowded and I may have been in line with no more than 3 or 4 people ahead of me no long waiting in line. The cashiers are friendly and polite.

*** March 2022: Update:
Not sure what's happening at this location, but things have changed. I had to wait over 1 hour in line at the drive thru just to pick up one RX. When it was my turn (after about 30 mins) I had to wait over 20 mins only to be told "I can't find your RX). It was ready to be picked up - they just literally couldn't find where they put it.
The woman just looked at me like, "Oh well.... we can't find it." As if I was just going to drive off without it after waiting nearly an hour. I said, "It's my RX. I have to have it." So then they said they'd fill it again.... which was another 15 mins. After that, I decided I'd have to get my prescriptions filled at a different pharmacy which is a shame because I use to love this location.

I've been coming here for years and never had a problem. I refill my RX on the app and pick it up at the drive thru. Quick and easy. I never even have to wait in line - once in a while there might be ONE car ahead of me, but that's it. Never a problem. Also get photos there and they're always ready super fast. I just can't say I've had the negative experiences that some of the other reviewers have had. My ONLY complaint is there is a recording that constantly plays stating "Customer requests help" in such and such dept. Obviously no one has requested help - it's just a security recording to make people think someone might be coming to that dept.... it's just annoying, because it plays over and over when you're in the store.
