I have been going to Red Wing for 20 years. Just recently brought my boots in to be repaired and they did an amazing job as usual. Five star all day long and thank you for your help. As well as attention the detail

The sales associate offered to measure my feet and then checked my stride to look for pressure points. She was very professional and thorough but timely as well. I walked out with the boots I wanted in a short amount of time.

It was my 1st time at a Red Wing store. I was told by coworkers that Red Wing is the only way to go for foot ware. The lady greeted me promptly and was very helpful and knowledgeable. a little while later the store started to fill up with customers, but she remained calm & focused on me while assuring the others she would be with them soon. The next day I called the store with a couple questions which were answered with a smile. Truely 5-star customer service and I'm sure after wearing my shoes for a while I will come to the conclusion that Red Wing with be my shoe of choice.

Everytime I go into the store its Very Clean and The Staff are always friendly and helpful

Had an absolutely amazing experience the customer service was amazing I sadly forget the nice lady’s name I think it was Hannah but I was so happy with how well I was treated and how knowledgeable she was I had an excellent experience! Thank you so much.

First time in a redwings store, Kristen who happens to be the store manager welcomed me in, was nice, informative on the shoes and helped me get fitted and sized for redwings custom or orthopedic shoe inserts. I will say I had no clue what I wanted and she was patient with me. I got to say it was one of my better shopping experiences in the Bedford area!

I had an awesome experience shopping at this store. They stood me up on a machine to see if I needed insoles for the boots I purchased and it was very simple and quick. Amazing product and service here. Yes the boots are expensive. You pay money for quality or you buy over and over again while you destroy your feet and wallet. If you are on the fence about spending $300+ on boots.. If you can afford it. Do it. Especially if you work in them all day.

I explained my needs to the salesman. He presented me with my options for a new work boot. He sized up my feet. The first pair I tried on fit absolutely 💯 perfect. He explained how to maintain them. In and out. Sold. I can't wait to wear them. Thank you very much.

Very professional. I had assistance with buying a new pair of boots. The man that helped me out had a lot of knowledge about each boot a long with good tips for boot conditioning. I won’t go to another store for boots after a great shopping experience

Customer service is top notch. I recently bought a pair of redwing work boots. I was wearing them around my house to break them in and realized they really didn’t fit my feet as well as my other work boots. I brought the boots back and the salesman was more then helpful with ordering me the correct sized boots that I need while giving me a full reimbursement for the boots that did not fit. I am very pleased as a customer to do business with Redwings and will continue to shop there in the future. I would also recommend this place to family and friends

The staff here is excellent, they replaced my shoes under warranty when they ripped within a year.

**NOTE: This store recently moved, and while their address is correct in Google Maps, for some reason Google Navigation will lead you to their old storefront in Manchester where there is absolutely no indication that there was ever a Red Wing there or that they moved. Navigate to Whole Foods instead and it will lead you to the correct plaza.
