Serch for a place for lunch by the outlets. This place came up ,I'm glad i tried it. Friendly staff and there are lots of sandwiches to choose from , they have a luch special 5-inch sub with salad or fries for 10$
I had a 5-inch hot pastrami with Swiss cheese and fries, delicious ,will stop in if I'm in the area .

Perfect breakfast grill chicken pesto panini. Store is clean and organize, friendly personal and attentive. We order the grilled chicken pesto panini. Really tasty and savory. I have a coffee from the machine not so good but the panini was delicious. The food presentation in the counter is good and looks fresh

Every time I go back to Jersey I stop for a pork roll and cheese on an everything bagel.
And get a dozen bagels to take back to PA. There is nothing like Jersey food.

Bagel Bistro is a small, family-owned bagel shop located in Millstone, NJ. The shop is known for its fresh bagels, made-to-order sandwiches, and friendly service. I drove two hours to try their Taylor ham and egg bagel, and I was not disappointed.

Pros:
The bagels are fresh and delicious.
The Taylor ham is cooked to perfection.
The egg is cooked perfectly.
The bagel is toasted to perfection.
The service is friendly and efficient.

Cons:
The shop can be crowded during peak times.

Nice staff. Clean and tidy. Good breakfast bagel sandwiches. Scallion flavored cream cheese is excellent. Haven't tried the others yet but they look great. Good coffee.

Food is great, staff is nice. Sometimes they have a slight morning attitude, but so does half of America so deal with it.

If you have a problem with them not using gloves or wearing masks then you should crawl back under your rock. If you don’t have this problem, the only downside to this place is they are closed on Wednesdays.

I frequent the bagel bistro when I am working in our nearby office. The portions are so generous, I usually eat a salad for two separate lunches. This goes for the paninis as well. The food and service is always excellent when I visit.

Food is awesome and salads are yuge! One drawback is the lady that places 10 separate orders and pays for each one separately with it's own receipt. If you're behind this thoughtless woman, you'll be waiting a while for your food ;) This is not the fault of restaurant, they're too nice to refuse.

I've only once had a problem where they failed to make an order I called in. But the years I've been going there without a hitch easily overshadow that. Great food, great prices, friendly employees. Would highly recommend.

Just left out of this place. Pork roll egg and cheeses for the gang and we all loved it! Food is great. Staff is friendly. Our new sandwich stop!

Support your local businesses. This bagel shop makes a great crunchy chewy bagel that always hits the mark. I can't comment on any of their other endeavors like sandwiches paninis and salads but that's all available to you if you choose. Just remember they are called Bagel Bistro, not Salad Bistro or Panini Bistro. This place is worth putting in your contacts so that on Saturday morning you can call them up and pick it up.

Who knew New Jersey had this good of an egg sandwich. Clean large store with great tasting, fresh food. Fair pricing and friendly service.
