Michael’s corporate return policy is not customer friendly, they will straight up steal from you if you don’t have a receipt. That being said, customer service was very helpful. At this store, Eileen and Rebecca were extremely kind, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to make my experience pleasant. Thank you both!

The cleanliness is top tier,workers are helpful and well organized when it comes to working and helping customers. Also the yarn is amazing I was able to make bracelets using it.

Live shopping here. I just walk through aisles and figure out what i can make and how to be creative. From frames to came decoration, sewing supplies, candles, to jewelry making supplies, you can find them all.
Make sure to have the reward coupon, the discount prices are so reasonable 👍

This is a good place for craft lovers. You will find all items related to craft and at nominal price.

I'm giving this store 5 stars because of the burden they have to carry for all Michael's stores. This is the only one opened and fulfilling orders for people. There is a line of cars waiting for orders.

And buy everything I need here make everything cute and sweet!.... of course except for those labels they came from Vistaprint..lol

Was able to get a product that the Michaels near me was out of. I need to load up on glitter and their organization of different types and colors of glitter is easy to peruse. Some locations have glitter containers in different aisles, but this store had them all in the same aisle. So very easy to compare.

Cashier was very personable professional. Place was clean and employees were putting stock in the shelves. This store is my #1 Michaels.

Ms Sarah S in framing is the Best, anytime and every time I enter to have work done at Michaels at the North Brunswick Store to get work done she is very diligent & very helpful & very kind and does an amazing job when working to assist me. Great experience, did an order for my daughter for in-store pickup, overall checkout experience was good and hassle free, in store pick up was as easy as it could be, just go to the designated pick up area, find the package by last name and pick it up. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 mins.

We wanted to place a custom framing order and even though a sign there said we should order online, a team member was very helpful. She worked with us to find what we were looking for and we placed our order. We were very happy with the service and the way we were helped. We have used the same service before and after a gap of several years, the service remains excellent! I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Alit if special is a clean store and customer service was on point.. you can find a associate and they help you with a smile.. 🐞💜I also love that they still have the coupon too

Love this places. Plenty of activities for kids and adults. The water coloring section is awesome!
The cashiers and other employees were wearing a mask and practicing social distance.
They have to put some lubricant in the wheels of the carts. They were squealing so much 😐I guess so many months of not being used male them get rusted. You can hear all the carts around the store 😅

So I can vouch that before COVID, this store was packed with all different kinds of crafting things. Currently, there's whole sections that are empty in the front of the store, not sure as to why (possibly to promote social distancing), but I went on a Tuesday in the middle of the day, and while the line was long, the two cashiers were working incredibly fast to make sure the line moved at a great pace.

Honestly, go here over Hobby Lobby, the coupons are better and they treat their employees better.

Had great customer service by Johanna. I needed help with chocolate products and she went out of her way to assist me. She tried to locate what I was looking for, blue dye, but we couldnt find it. Luckily she was able to find me blue chocolate to melt instead. Best customer service I had and super friendly and polite. If she isnt a manager she should be!!!

Very nice staff and usually have item's in stock. The staff are very friendly especially when helping you with coupons and they help you locate store item's even if they're busy. Love this location!

I love this all-in-one craft store

Most Michaels are the same. The thing that may separate one form the other is the cleanliness of the store and how effective the staff that works there are. I pick up all my craft needs from here and they always have a great price. I recommend them to anyone lookin for a great price on crafting materials

Came in the evening during the holidays, there was a ton of orders and customers needing help. Despite this, I received prompt assistance with an online order issue. Kelley made sure everything was taken care of and was very patient. Thank you!
