Had such a great experience with my Dad buying a truck at Novak Motors. We worked with Joel for the second time and he was absolutely wonderful. Cannot recommend Joel and Novak's services enough. They definitely make it easy and as a returning customer they were willing to work with us even though we purchased a high end truck that had not been there long. Will be going back for the next vehicle!

Scott made the buying experience so easy. Everything was laid out very clearly with no hidden fees, all the cars were in great condition. I had a great experience.

John took great care of us. He was very patient while I compared and asked questions about the different vehicles.

This review is for the Novak Motors facility in Farmingdale, NY (Long Island). We bought the car from out of state, and the Novak Motors team could not have made the process any easier or worry-free during the busy holiday season. Every detail was handled via phone, email, and text so that when my husband picked up the car it only involved a 15-minute car walk-around/inspection. A first class auto purchase experience!

These guys were better than great. We needed a car in a pinch, and ultimately purchased something without the options we really wanted. We realized the mistake right away and the awesome staff at Novak was great to deal with in correcting the issues and finding exactly what we were really looking for. Will definitely be purchasing our next vehicle here too!

I had been looking for a needle in a haystack for about a year. I went to Novak motors and with the help of Jerry found exactly what I was looking for. The staff was amazing and helpful. Before I knew it I was the proud owner of my new car. I wish I would have started my car search here.

One thing that got me in the door of Novak Motors was the number of five-star reviews here. Once there, it was clear why they had earned them. After dealing with exorbitant "dealer fees" at other places, it was refreshing to be given an honest price with no dickering involved. Franco was forthright, honest, and an absolute pleasure to deal with on every count. I was initially interested in another car they had just added to their inventory, but while we were talking about it, the shop called and told him about a problem with it. He turned to me and said, "I can't sell you that car," and showed me the problems with it on CarFax. I felt that I was in very good hands and that I had finally found a car dealership I could trust! I am extremely pleased with the vehicle that I did end up buying, and they made sure it was as clean as a whistle before I drove it off the lot. I recommend Novak Motors and Franco Cerullo very, very highly!!!

Wonderful experience! Prompt communication from Rick (General Manager) as soon as I submitted my online inquiry. I came with a specific vehicle in mind (though there is no shortage of options on the lot if you're looking to browse!) and had fantastic assistance throughout the process. John was a caring and efficient salesperson along with Hans who worked diligently crunching all the numbers and handling paperwork. You're in good hands with this team - highly recommend!

The whole experience was great. I was never pressured into buying, Kristin and Mike were great and walked me through the whole process. A pleasure in doing business with them. I will come back when ready for another car

I should of started my car search at Novak!

After shopping for 2 wks and a hand full of dealerships, I was frustrated and over these, "new" hidden un advertised fees. Ive purchased new cars before but these dealers (not novak)had Fees I've never heard of. $2900 reconditioning fee, $1200 cleaning fee, $1500 dealer locater fee, $999 Disinfectant fee, etc.
It was absolutely ridiculous!

I was about to throw in the towel but 2 close friends and a family member recommended Novak.
I went down to Novak and was very impressed with the huge warehouse of beautiful cars. They really do a nice job obtaining them. They are really, really, clean vehicles.

I was approached by the salesman, Gabe, who introduced himself. He was very friendly & gave me all the info I needed. I went for a test drive and loved it.

I filled out the loan application after I test drove it on my lunch break. The next afternoon while at work he told me he was setting up insurance and it would be ready soon.
I went down after work to pick it up. I met with Frank in finance who was also amazing.
I thanked them both for making this much easier then I expected it would be. It was just a seemless process w no BS.

The best part was that the price was the price with No bs fees involved!

I will no doubt go back there for my next vehicle. I just wish I knew about them years ago.
I just want to thank Novak again for the easy no pressure process.

Love my jeep and love my 2 free oil changes and love the customer service! Live in PA but might still head here even after the freebies!

Novak is always very nice, professional and their car service is wonderful. When I call for an appointment, they get me an appointment ASAP, I can wait for an oil change that usually is under an hour, and they inspect the car for any issues when it is there.

Novak did the service on my 2016 Wrangler and WOW!
Every dealership on the planet should be like Novak. Travis in service is exceptional at his job. I couldn't be happier. I am so pleased with my experience at Novak i'm going to buy one of their vehicles. Outstanding all around!!!

Buying a car there could not have gone more smoothly. Staff is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. We did not feel pressured in our decision.

Went all over New Jersey looking for a used Toyota Highlander. They hands down had the best one and beat Toyota powertrain warranty. My wife and I had the best sales man as well if you go ask for Joe and no hidden fees like everywhere else! Best experience I had so far buying a car.
