By far the best hobby shop for online shopping. Had some issues with a package (due to the shipping company not them) and they sorted it out without any issue. Also they are one of the only US based shops that actually carry HPI and other European and Asian brands. Don’t know if it was the owner I talked to but from the way we talked you can tell these people have the hobby and customers in mind over making a quick buck. Also they have great coupons so look into them.

Picked my order in 5 minutes. I love the fact that the service is great, and the prices are cheap. This will be my first stop for any hobby parts; Keep up the excellent work! Lastly, the owner is a great guy. He would never scam anyone out of their money.

Four orders within the last weeks, four times gold standard reaction times / delivery times and still flexible enough to change items after order was placed. UPS delivers within 48 hours to Switzerland, which is couple of days faster than some deliveries within Europe.
Freight costs and availability of Tekno parts could be better, which would be a huge pro for our couple of EB / ET drivers, but not a deal breaker. Keep up the good work!

I can't thank these guys enough. My son wanted his first real RC car and it was quite sometime since I had one of my own so I had many questions. I spoke with Chad on the phone a few times and he went above and beyond to educate me and point me in the right direction. Even though the website is great I asked if my son and I could come to the office to order and pick everything up. Chad took the time to get everything we needed and we were on our way. Awesome service! I think it will only be a matter of time until we are back to get another car for my other son! Thank you again.

Amazing customer service! Again they are not a store front! And that’s just fine being their website is extensive and their inventory is live! Placed my order online, got a confirmation email when it was ready! My fiancé stopped by to pick up my order with no problem! Very helpful ,informative and close to home for all my nitro and electronic R/C needs!
