Mercury Insurance

They were very responsive to my claim . I was in an accident with the vehicle they just recently signed on for coverage. They let me pick my own certified Auto repair shop and they even reimbursed me for the tow to the shop. I definitely reccomend Mercury Insurance for your auto coverage needs. Thanks again Mercury!

My insurance payment went up and when I said I was going to switch because of it they didn’t care and seemed to take it personally and became rude. I switched to Geico and I literally went from paying $113/per month to $55/per month with Geico with slightly better coverage!! So crazy!! I do not recommend this insurance company. Check around more for rates.

You don’t really need much from a home insurance company day to day, but when you need them Mercury is not there for you. I’ve had a claim open for two months for relatively small roof damage and they’ve completely ghosted me. My adjuster never responds to me. I love having tarps on my roof. It really adds to my home’s curb appeal. -10/10 for Mercury.

Yesterday my car started to overheat therefore I requested road side assistance Through Mercury, hours went by the tow truck never came, I called Mercury several times to follow up on the status of the tow truck and they said they had contacted many providers and they were unavailable to get a provider that will do the job, just plain awful, I had to walk to a nearby auto zone fill up the radiator with coolant and take a chance damaging my vehicle and drive home, I would not recommend Mercury to anyone

If you really want to have your car insured than STAY AWAY FROM MERCURY. terrible insurance company. They only care about the money not the customers, once they have your money you're on your own. Poor customer service and terrible service overall. They give you cheap prices only to make you switch to their company. Remember IF IT'S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE THAN IT'S NOT. Pay a little more and get yourself a reliable and trustworthy company. NOT THIS ONE.!!!!

I just got off the phone with the most vile old woman when dialing the 800 number. Terrible terrible company. She was a complete disgrace.

This company is absolute garbage. I strongly suggest going with any company other than these clowns. They just unilaterally canceled our home owners policy because they looked up the house on Google maps and determined based on the aerial view that we needed a new roof.....in case you were wondering, we didn't

Obtained home insurance with Mercury. Due to a cancelled policy (that we weren’t made aware of) with another company, we were changing policies.

We made the lapse in coverage crystal clear, and were told that although the insurance would be more expensive, we would be covered without issue. Over a month later, they called us to let us know the underwriters wanted proof of coverage. When I explained the lapsed coverage situation again, they said they would be cancelling our policy... and stated that underwriters “do not take calls from customers”

Avoid. Now we are out funds to cover this month, and back to square one getting insurance coverage.

Do not use this company. I cancelled my insurance with them last year and I filled out the forms and paid for the year. They are sending me letters that I still owe them money. I cancelled my policy and on my account it says it was cancelled for not paying and that is not true.

It’s the absolute worst the worst the worse oh did I say worse they don’t care about the customers at all they give u the run around not straight forward at all I would never recommend them to one they just need to shut down honestly

Was buying a house, got mercury insurance as a home insurance. The house contract fell through and I didnt buy the house. Called mercury before policy activation and got it cancelled. Got a letter today about 106 USD from collections. Very unprofessional. Don't buy insurance from these guys and I will sue these POS folks for this collection letter.

A bad insurance company. We had a comprehensive coverage with them. After an accident, we were told, they will investigate us before they will cover any loss. This insurance company will give you good rates, but dump you when you need the coverage.

They do not honor online quote prices. Give misinformation, then try to push you off to another company with higher rates.
