I had a minor outlet issue and called 8 electricians. Not only did Jim pick up, he was able to come out same day (on a Friday at 6pm) and diagnose in less than 15 minutes. Excellent communication and arrived exactly when he said he would. Grateful for his professionalism and expertise. While he was here, Jim also gave me some pointers that saved me money. I was expecting to pay a small fortune for a same day visit but Jim was reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Jim did a great job installing our EV charging station. I have called upon him several times for his services around our home. Always responds quickly and does a great job. Would highly recommend.

Purchased a new EV charger on Friday and called Jim at All State Jersey Electrician Services the same day for an estimate to install. He quickly reached back out and we set up an appointment over the weekend. His price was more than fair so I moved ahead. He came out on Monday and had it installed before noon under budget. I will use Jim again in the future.

Jim came to my house to help fix my thermostat in my living room. He was on time and kept in communication with me on his availability. Jim was so kind to fit me into his busy work schedule. Jim was terrific. JCP&L made a mistake while turning the power back on after a tree knocked out my power and pulled the cable from the house. Jim came right back to confirm it wasn’t his issue. He then contacted the power company himself, explained their problem to them and got them back to my house to do the repair. He was responsive, knowledgeable and very helpful. I will definitely call This company for all my future Electical needs!

Jim and James did a great job connecting our emergency generator! They came the next day and were finished in a few hours. They instructed us how to use the set up and were polite and courteous.

Fantastic communication from the start. Sent him a text with what I needed and he got back to me and fit me into his schedule right away. I needed two OLD light fixtures outside replaced, and Jim made the entire process super easy! Price seamed very fair too. Was also planning to hire him to replace a light pole and he saved me money by telling me that I could replace just the top of the pole in turn saving me money! Will definitely use again!!

I called Jim at 4am on a freezing Saturday morning. He promptly responding and diagnosed my problem quickly. Not only was he friendly and professional he was knowledgeable and his price was better than right. There wasn't much for him to fix and he would not accept my money. Jim was able to come out to our home just a few hours after I called to troubleshoot a bizarre electrical problem where our lights wouldn't turn off using the switch. It turned out to be a nail driven through the wire causing a short in the back of a closet. He was able to isolate the section, and rewire everything so it worked properly the same day. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend him to others.

We had a limb pull our wires off of the house during a storm. The whole area had no power. I called about 5 electric companies, Jim was the only one that answered and then showed up within 15 minutes of calling. Amazing! He has the "old school" customer service you just don't see anymore. I called All State Electric / Jersey Central Electric at 3:45pm on a Monday and Jim Newman answered. I explained the urgency of our situation (air conditioner had no power and it was 91 degrees out) and he squeezed us in within the hour. When he showed up, it didn't take him long to determine the root cause of our issue and repair it. I can't say enough good things about Jim, his quick response time and his knowledge were top notch. He even called us later that evening to check-in and make sure we were happy and able to get our air conditioner running (needed HVAC techs for that after he left). We are so impressed and grateful we found Jim and All State Electric / Jersey Central Electric. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs an electrician.
