Holiday Inn Princeton, an IHG Hotel

I've stayed in many IHG hotels and more than a few times at this location. The whole staff at this location has been the best in all my travels. Alicia, Tarnika, and James are always very kind and professional with my check in process and anything I may need during my stay. Asia was thoughtful enough to call me ahead of checking in to verify my room upgrade which made my check-in a lot easier. Throughout the day the cleaning staff always greets me and helps me when my hands are full. I love that the laundry room is inside the gym, I always get a workout while waiting for clothes to wash and dry. There's only one treadmill but thankfully it works. It's $2.50 for a wash and $2.50 for 45 min dry quarters only. The machines are clean and my clothes were dry at the end of the cycle. The breakfast was good. I'll recommend Holiday Inn Princeton to friends and family for their excellent service overall.

I was checked in by Alisha at the front desk she kind, gracious, and made me laugh. She got me all set up in a room when I’d had a very bad day with relatives. I deeply appreciate how well she treated she gave me excellent service and advice on the restaurant of the hotel. I had a lovely stay here the room is clean, the bathroom is full and spacious. The bedroom has a fridge and microwave. The hotel is on Route 1 and close to Princeton Seminary and Princeton University.

Alisha went above and beyond for us and making sure we were comfortable in our room and stay. She was amazing and the room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this location and would definitely book here again.

The Archaeological Society of New Jersey had their first annual conference at the Holiday Inn in Princeton. Mel and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Mel worked with us to get everything set up, from the conference room and technology to ensuring we had enough chairs and tables when more people showed up than anticipated. They helped make the conference run smoothly!

I am regular guest at this IHG property. The hotel is clean and a good place to stay. The staff is exceptionally great - Alisha. Asia, Jay. Always try to help guests with any query and go beyond expectations. I always stay at this property and recommend anyone to try. You can experience the warmth here.

Excellent service! Once you come in, you feel very welcome, the people are very nice! Rooms were very, very clean and the breakfast was very good for the price!

At first it was hard find if your new to New Jersey but once you come in you are greeted by wonderful host who really make you feel welcomed would highly recommend and would stay again

On behalf of my son and myself, I want to express my sincere thanks to the Housekeeping Staff and the front desk staff especially Ms. Asia for turning in and guarding my son's wallet which he had forgotten in his room this past weekend. Thank you for your honesty and integrity.

My son had panicked and called the hotel, he spoke with Ms. Asia. She assured him that his wallet was safe. She took the address and said it would be mailed to him. Because the IDs were needed next day morning, I also spoke with Ms. Asia to find out the shipping method to see if it would get to us by morning and her way of communication immediately made me feel relieved. We decided to pick up the wallet. When we arrived at hotel to pick up the walled around 9:40PM, we were greeted by a very nice front desk person Ralph and were able to collect the wallet after proper conformation of who we were. Ms. Asia even gave her cell phone number and asked to inform her once we picked up the wallet.

Needless to say my son's stay was very pleasant - it indeed was. Room was clean and provided much needed rest after a full day of tiring tournament. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Once again, my son and I both are very grateful and very appreciative. I would recommend this hotel without any doubt.

I have had an incredible experience staying at this holiday inn. All of the staff have been so kind and friendly, and have gone out of their ways to help myself and my fellow guests whenever we need it. Both Tarnica and Michael who work at the front desk have been so kind, and Michael in particular has gone above and beyond in his work. I will definitely be staying here again!

We came here for a quick one night stay while passing through. It was perfect for what we needed. The check in was courteous and efficient. The room was clean. The bathroom has a nice big counter. The bed was comfortable. The AC was relatively quiet By the standards of such hotel rooms. The location is just off of US 1 but was quiet. The price was also right, lower than nearby places.

Clean and comfortable hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. Nice bedding and pillows. Our room had a king bed with a 2 person couch, a large closet, a nice pull-out desk on wheels, plenty of drawers for clothes or storage, a good size TV (32in or larger), and a big fridge. The AC worked great and kept the room nice and cool throughout the night. Had a very relaxing and restful sleep. Definitely recommend to stay here whether you're traveling for business or leisure.

Check in was a little however they were helpful . I respect people doing their job . Alicia was nice . Overnight/morning staff Asia was awesome accommodating and very helpful the morning staff was great as well didn’t get her name but overall the staff is wonderful and the room is nice was some hair in the shower they offered to clean or transfer us . Breakfast was great looking . Pool is open hotel is in a nice area and clean
