Miele Experience Center Princeton

Had THE BEST TIME at the Miele Experience Center yesterday! We were kindly greeted by personable Receptionist Tricia, and Showroom Center Associate Linda went above-and-beyond to answer all our questions about vacuums and dishwashers. Loved being able to see and try out all the different vacuums, and that we could "personalize" our purchase with the attachments that worked with the models we were looking at. Left with an adorable bright yellow Calima vacuum that I think will be PERFECT for our home. We won't hesitate to return when it's time to upgrade our dishwasher, etc. THANKS, Miele, Linda, and Tricia! DEFINITELY recommended--it was truly an Experience! :) !

I needed a good vacuum cleaner for my new hardwood floor. After extensive research, I was impressed with Miele's product. I have never bought anything from this company before. I placed an on-line order on 3/1/2024. 11 days later, I still have not received my order nor did I received any communication regarding the delay. Yes, I checked my Spam folder on my email.
On 3/11/2024, I called Customer Service ( the phone number provided on the company's website). I told the representative that I needed to check on the status of my order. He asked for my name and then said " I see your order. What is going on?". I think a more professional and customer friendly thing to say here was "how may I help you?". I suggest that Miele should re-train your customer service representative(s) in handling customer service calls. It turned out that the representative did not know what happened to my order and gave me another phone number to call. He gave me the wrong number. I called back again and got the correct number. I was not impressed and wanted to cancel my order.
On 3/12/2024, I called back and I spoke with Diana Regan ( Experience Center Manager). Diana is very helpful, professional, pleasant and care. She helped me and provided me with her direct line should I need further assistance. This is what quality customer service should be for a company with high quality products like Miele.

Carol Robinson's customer service was well above par! She is extremely knowledgeable, and answered EVERY question I asked, graciously, and fully. I was conflicted between Thermador and Miele. She was made the decision-making process much easier. Miele it is.

I hosted an event at the Miele Experience Center for Mother's Day! Wow - what an awesome showroom. Beautifully designed and amazing products. The staff are sensational and so accommodating. Truly a great afternoon! Visit there to see all of the finest appliances you can purchase. Highly recommend!!

Had a great time learning all about Miele. I've been selling appliances for the past 5 years and have been to multiple manufactures for training. I was more than impressed. The form, function, and quality convinced me that I need to get this stuff in my own kitchen.

The trainers and facility made me confident that Miele will provide a true culinary experience for my clients. The Steam Combi Oven is a must have. You can cook different foods in the appliances at the same time. It holds the nutrients and moistures without transferring oder. Its a miracle. I've always been partial to different dishwasher manufactures. Not anymore.

We spent 2 solid days learning about the Miele experience. We studied the appliances and used them to make our meals. The food was fantastic! I was always told not drink the coolaid on these training excursion's. That it's important to try and stay neutral. Miele proved itself to me. I will tell my world all about "immer besser".

Attended an event called Tastings and Tapas where they joined forces with a brewery (River Horse, excellent) to pair their beer with dishes made with in-store appliances. Quality engagement, top notch staff, good food and amazing beer.

I really enjoyed the coffee when I went there for training back in the winter of 2014….

Shout out to Carol Robinson!! Excellent customer service! I love my Miele products....refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, and vacuum BUT what makes the experience of owning these products even better are the people that help you when needing to troubleshoot. Carol Robinson at this center went out of her way to follow up via phone, email, and even face-timing to understand a tech challenge I was experiencing. 5 Stars are not enough for this amazing individual that helps back the Miele products. Thank you, Carol - ask for her when you are in the showroom and you will not be disappointed.

Carol at the experience store is wonderful! I had an ongoing issue with the delivery of my appliances and was hitting a wall with every call I made to Miele until I reached Carol. Although my needs were outside of the scope of Carol’s job, she went out of her way to help me! She was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional! I think she is an asset to your company and a I wish that the other representatives, and there were many, that I spoke with to resolve my issue were half as good as she was!

Bought my vacuum with power brush about 8 years ago. It still does excellent job on tile and thick carpet. About 3 years ago I bought a fridge, that my wife considered too expensive, but changed her mind after she had crisp lettuce after it being in the fridge for almost 4 weeks. It had issues with the ice maker right out of the box, but the customer service took care of it. They arranged a repair service to come out. Coordinated the replacement part with repair guy. About a week later it was all done and fixed. Recently I bought here a washer and dryer, installed them few days ago. Best appliances I've owned after spending years with Whirlpool, Frigidaire, GE and Samsung.

Carol Robinson at Miele is absolutely amazing! She is so knowledgeable, so helpful and so intelligent. She is the only person who can both answer difficult questions and get answers to these questions that no one else can figure out with both speed and accuracy. I can not say enough wonderful things about Carol. She should run the company!!!!

Carol was such an amazing help during my visit to the Miele showroom. She walked me through nearly every vacuum model, explained the differences in such detail and patiently let me try them for myself over and over before ultimately making a purchase. I can’t recommend her assistance or the Miele showroom enough! Wonderful experience.

I spoke with Carol on the phone today in order to get assistance with a warranty repair for our Miele dishwasher. Even though customer care is not Carol's role at the Experience Center, she went above and beyond in her effort to get me in touch with the correct department.

After researching for a long time, I settled with Miele appliances because of their low incident history across the world and for its excellent customer service. We are delighted with our Miele Futura dishwasher and our Miele compact, yet powerful vacuum cleaner. These both deserve a definite 5 stars rating. We are extremely delighted with our purchase !
In addition our sales associate Ms.Carol Robinson was quite knowledgeable about their products, was very patient to answer all our questions and quick enough to reply to every single query on email. I strongly recommend Ms.Carol for all your Miele appliances !

They don't call it an "experience" for nothing! What an amazing showroom. Diana worked with my husband and me showing us all of the Miele appliances and we were blown away by the all the kitchen and laundry products. Diana was so knowledgeable and accommodating walking us through our options—she made it understandable and easy. We're sold!!

Been to the Miele Princeton Experience Center numerous times. Beautiful facility, Excellent product, Nice people who provide top notch product knowledge. Though I am (sadly) not a Miele owner ... I am 30-yr kitchen design professional and have high regard for their appliances.

We own an older model Miele dishwasher and we can't say enough great things about it. Years of trouble free service, quiet dependable, without question the best appliance we own and would replace it in a heart beat with a new one but I predict many more years of trouble free service.

Carol Robinson walked us thru all the details of the products, the locations for purchasing our choices and arrangements for the contacts necessary to complete our purchase.
