I love the Downtown Medspa! I have tried every form of hair removal and laser is the best. Aya is my tech and she is so thorough, professional, and she truly cares about the results I am getting! Also, everyone on the team is helpful and flexible with my schedule. They are AMAZING!

My first hydra facial experience was great! Bernie is very friendly and walked me through the process. The office is small but clean and nicely decorated.

I’ve been coming to Downtown Medspa for over a year and each time spend time with Aya. The service is always stellar (my skin feels so soft and rejuvenated). Aya takes the time to get you know making the experience even more personal. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic expirience, got laser hair removal done on my face over the course of a year. All the techs were very nice, and by the end of it, my facial hair had almost completely dissapeared! Thanks a bunch folks!

Aya does my laser for almost my whole body. She makes it such a comfortable experience, and super effective! She communicates the progress and is transparent about everything. We have amazing conversations and she ensures the laser doesn’t hurt and is effective. I highly recommend Aya for laser hair removal. The entire place is always clean and the front desk ladies are super professional! Jenn is so sweet and patient, even with my hectic scheduling issues. Hope to try other treatments soon!

First time getting Tattoo Laser Removal: 10/06/2021
I came to Downtown MedSpa for a consultation on tattoo laser removal with the impression that I might have to pay individually for the tattoo I want to remove. I have three in total (about 5-7 years old) and was thinking that if the price is too high then maybe I will just remove one tattoo. That was not the case! I was able to do the tattoo laser removal on all three tattoos (thigh, chest and back) for the Large package price. That’s insane. Marietta is a kind, informative, and professional specialist. She explained to me the type of equipment she use, how PicoSure works, tattoo laser removal aftercare steps, and what kind of results I can expect. During the treatment, Marietta constantly assure me that I can do it, it’s painful but the treatment is almost done. Her staff are all welcoming and sweet! The office is very clean, smells great and cozy.

Session #1 Experience with PicoSure Laser:
Before the treatment, a staff applied the numbing cream to my thigh, chest and back + used ice packs per area.
Was it painful? Honestly, it was 2-3x more painful than getting a tattoo lol but the process was quick! Marietta finished the treatment under 10 minutes.

I was always content with the results, but my visit today was better than any in the past. Daniela is the best! She is so knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions to make sure you're comfortable with the treatment you're getting. I had an hydrafacial today with Vanessa and she was so sweet and professional. I like relaxing, silent environment and her bedside manners were great. All service and environment was great. Also Marietta is always great to talk to and have consultation with. Overall great experience and highly suggest.

Downtown Medspa is my go-to place for my facials. Marietta and her staff are very welcoming and attentive to your needs. The Hydrafacial is addicting! Your skin will be so bright and smooth as soon as you're done. I've also tried their Vivace Microneedling. I LOVE it! There's barely any discomfort and little to no downtime for recovery. Two thumbs up on providing so many amazing treatments!

If you are looking for laser hair removal in Hudson County, Downtown Medspa is the place to go! Marietta is absolutely amazing and makes you feel really comfortable. The treatment sessions are so quick (15 min or so) and are relatively painfree. She uses a top of the line machine (I did a lot of research on this before hand) and after 5 sessions I am seeing really great results, I have 1 more session to go. The facility is very clean and organized and the entire staff is always very friendly. Thank you Downtown MedSpa & Marietta!

I absolutely love Downtown Medspa. it's a one-stop shop for all my beauty needs. The owner, Marietta, is so personable & makes you feel comfortable no matter what service you choose - including my laser tattoo removal! I've done a hydrafacial, laser hair removal, tattoo removal, & full body massage (so far). The lounge is absolutely gorgeous & i love my results. Must check this place out!

The aesthetician Erika did a great job being very delicate with my daughter while doing her first Hydrafacial. Explaining as she went and giving good advice on what and how to follow up with skin care. Both my daughter and I would highly recommend her.
