FBN Auto Service

Yet another positive experience when I take my car into FBN. I recently noticed that my brake fluid was just a bit low. Well, 99% of the time this usually means that there is a problem. So they road test it, put it up on the lift, etc. and tell me that it's nothing. The brakes are fine. I just need a bit of fluid. Now, realistically, how many places would have tried to sell me a brake job? Not them! They have always been honest and above board in all of my dealings with this. I highly recommend them.

Steve is a very personable, honest manager with integrity and focus on his customers. Ken is a A+ top notch mechanic. I trust them completely! I won't go anywhere else.

A family member has been taking their car to this Auto Repair shop for the past 7-8 years and has been very happy with the service. They moved out of the area and their car needed servicing so they took it to a repair shop near their new home near Toms River. The place told them they needed 4 new struts, a swayer, wheel alignment, estimate was $2380. So, instead he took the car to his reliable dealer (FBN Auto Service) over an hour away. Today I took a vehicle to FBN auto service, without an appointment, and asked them to look it over for me as I was thinking of purchasing the vehicle. I waited a few minutes and they then took the car for a ride and then placed it on their lift to inspect it. They gave me their opinion on the vehicle and I found them to be honest and respected their opinion. Steven was the nicest, friendliest man and I appreciated his honesty. I know of a few people in Edison who purchased a car from FBN and have been very pleased with the cars they bought. I will be using their auto service from now on and I will continue to look at cars on their lot till I find one that I like.

I’ve been using Fbn auto service for about 12 years until last August when I moved out of the area and started using someone else I had a bad experience with someone else so now I travel an hour back to Fbn to have my car serviced and any issues it has I highly recommend Fbn !!!!

I recently purchased a vehicle from FBN and I have had it serviced by they shop. They are awesome Steve is a professional glad to do business with them. I am looking for another car for my son who will be driving by May. I am going to buy it from them. So I have bought the second car from FBN this year and love it. The Santa Fe is really great. I just had new tires and the oil changed by the shop on my other car and they are so professional I recommend them to everyone I know. My recently retired mechanic friend who has been in Highland Park for years also recommends them for both car sales and service.

Had a (key word had) problem with my driver's side window. Walked in 20 minutes later my car was fixed. In and out. These are REAL MECHANICS. Old school mechanics that can listen to a car and tell you what is wrong. Polite, professional and fast. Thank you fellas I will continue reccommending this business!
