I found Tracy through a google search and from the start she was amazing. Not only was she willing to show us a house on Thanksgiving morning but she was super responsive throughout the entire process. She always took the time to make sure we fully understood everything and were comfortable with what we were looking to buy.

100% positive experience! I was a first time home buyer in a tight and pricey market (winter of 2022-23), but Tracy guided me through every single step. I ended up with the home that has everything on my "wish list." Everything. We decided on a 30-day close to sweeten the deal--but to make the short closing period more challenging, I was in Hawaii 3 days after the seller accepted my offer and, with the 6-hour time change, Tracy made sure I stayed in touch the necessary people (and that those necessary people stayed in touch with each other!) to effect a successful home purchase. She sent me many helpful suggestions and reminders--e.g., notify the attorney I will not be present at closing (I thought that was obvious since I currently live in California, but apparently not...) and all of the other many, many details that didn't even occur to me. Tracy advocated for this transplant, every step of the way, to come home to Massachusetts and I made a friend in the process! Call Tracy! You won't be sorry!
