Empire Wine & Spirits

Empire is a large store with a ton of selection. I will stop in here after the grocery store sometimes as it’s just convenient. They also have order ahead and curbside delivery. I have not used these but it sounds convenient and like a great idea. Definitely give Empire a look.

They have Maine Beer "Lunch" in bottles! Used to be you could only get it in bottles at the brewery itself (in Freeport ME). Empire only sells one at a time, at $8 each (fair price), and they aren't refrigerated. Empire also some of their others - "Woods and Waters" and "Another One" are especially good - but none are kept cool as the brewery insists on.

Also they have a great selection of other craft beers, including most of the Sierra Nevada, Two Roads, and Long Trail brands, all essential to a true beer nut. Prices are competitive.

Wonderful service. Helped to fill my order for New Year’s Eve. Was nicely wrapped and my friends were very happy with the choice of champagne and Wine. Thank you for your excellent service, esp. Vicky was wonderful. Keep up the fantastic service.

I am a Duxbury resident and I make it a point to come here to Kingston simply because the customer service and friendliness really does make a difference in my day even if all I'm doing is getting a bottle of wine. Great prices and nice staff. You'd be surprised how rare that can be sometimes. This is a great store.

Empire has a huge selection of Beer ( Fat Tire Ale) and Wine and competitive pricing.

Don’t be fooled by Eli Stinebiser’s post. I found out the real scoop and he should be happy they acted like a good parent instead of just calling the cops on him. I’m happy Empire is diligent about their license and the community.

Very large selection beer and wines and helpful employees

Large selection of whiskeys. Basically a large selection of everything but I like whiskey. Grabbed a bottle of Four Roses single barrel. It was really good neat, on ice it was okay.

Good selection and prices, and helpful staff. Plus regular tastings on weekends!
