I am greatful to be able to live in this apt. they are clean and maintained . if you need something they do their best to come right away , if not you have to be patient because there are others and priorities ..... they are courteous and do their best. thank you at the office girls you are the best . maintance people always courteous and doing their best i mean it . i have been here for five years and am greatful to be here quiet and clean and most of all the space is great . i have a very spacious living room and space for a dining room .... and the kitchen is small but if your organized it serves it purpose . hey it comes with parking too and pool membership if you care to join . I am grateful and patient . thats all you have to be . apt prices are reasonable compared to all other apts in highland park that charge an arm and a leg . thank you guys i love this place .

I recently had my bathtub recorded and maintenance was so detailed and polite thank you so much ,I appreciate it . Even when I call the entire crew is polite and very professional. Thank you guys

Lived here for 10 years. They are great, rent is expensive, everything is and it's not thier fault.

Me and my wife lived in one of the recently remodeled apartments at Somerset Park. The apartment was nice enough for the price -- the granite counter tops in the kitchen were nice. The appliances in the kitchen seemed pretty cheap, but they were new. Washer/dryer were okay--they worked, but the dryer had a lot of lint in it when we moved in and had a lot when we moved out despite removing all we could between loads of laundry.
The apartment had more than enough room for the two of us, and Maria in the leasing office would quickly address any questions/issues we had.

Decent price for the quality of apartments. They have all types of rent options based on the apartment type.
But I would not recommend going for high end ones as they m,ay not be bang for the buck. I like Cedar lane apartments and Cedar arms in Highland park

Incredibly inefficient and unreasonable Property Management "Company". The entire staff is rude and difficult to deal with. I would NOT recommend leasing from them. There is a reason they have so many negative reviews on Google.

Just your classic greedy corporate landlords who refuse to repair anything. Look at the reviews for Plaza53 in North Bergen. Everyone is sick of it.

When you are moving out you do not get your security deposit back. Please reply to my post if this was your recent or past encounter .I would like to inform others of the scams with this rental company .They will at all cost hold all of your money.

The management towed my car and bunch of other people's car. They give towing contract to a company that over charges in cash. Very bad business ethics.

They won't pick up phone calls, return phone calls, reply to messages, or reply to applications. Good luck.

This place deserves no stars. Looks nice on the outside and inside until you move in and then start to see the endless problems with the apartments. Ceilings leaking through when you get heavy rain, cracks on the ceilings throughout the apartments, nails pushing through the walls, and unfinished work. Management obviously only cares about the money only, nothing else. The maintenance super at Countryside Apartments doesn't like to repair anything in the apartments. The apartments are falling apart, yet every year they are raising the rent 35-45 dollars every year. There is constantly a rotation of people moving in and moving out. Neighbors that move in say this year, is moving out the following year. Save your money and move elsewhere. Definitely do your research before moving in. Totally not worth the headaches.
