Sahara Pools

I had the best experience with Sahara pools - MAINLY RYAN, the service manager. We spoke today about an issue I have with my pool for quite a while and he explained many different things and educated me and just gave me such comfort after all the problems I've had with other pool companies and issues. He told me he will personally be coming to repair my pool next month as well.

2023 - our first year with Sahara Pools for opening/closing and maintenance. Absolutely no complaints with the teams and their services. I'm a hands on person so when they come I'm usually around to watch or ask questions. This has helped me understand how everything works. (And they were never annoyed with me asking). In fact they gave me thorough answers. Looking forward to spring and opening day already! It was sad closing today. Thank you Sahara for a stress-free season, my pool was crystal clear and did not have any problems this year. I highly recommend this company for all your pool needs.

Ryan & Juan recently did our new pool liner and it was by FAR our best experience with ANYONE we have had to deal with in the pool industry since our pool was installed so incredibly poorly by Dr. Feelgoodes in 2008 (separate review on that experience). Ryan and his team took the time to fix all our issues & problems created by the poorly installed last liner and their attention to detail is something not many people have anymore. The issues we had along through the whole process were more than made good for by the time the liner was finished and we were even taught some new pool tips by Ryan as well as a new hot dog 🌭 cooking tip and we all had some hot dogs together for lunch. Thanks so much for everything Ryan & Juan!

Sahara Pools, did fantastic work replacing and moving the location of all of our pool equipment and installing a new heater. Having searched, spoken to, and used many pool companies with poor communication, changing staff, and no follow up, finding Sahara has been amazing. Ryan and the team are fantastic and extremely responsive. It is great having a perfectly working pool, and opening/closing have been great as well.

We had sahara come out and replace our sand filter. As new pool owners, we could not figure out why our pool wasn’t running. JC came out and quickly diagnosed the issue, and then came back the next day to install our new filter. They even sold us on the activate glass, which they said would make our lives a lot easier going forward. The team took the time to explain the process and answered all of my questions. Overall, it was a very smooth process and we look forward to having them close our pool in the fall. Thank you Sahara Pools!

Sahara pools was an amazing experience to purchase patio furniture. The staff were knowledgeable and listened to all our needs. They made the process very easy! Megan was our favorite. She was beyond friendly and offered options that were appropriate for us and our family needs.

I made a good choice in buying their platinum opening service several years back and it has proven to be a smart value because Ryan and his team will simply keep coming back until the pool is running perfectly and starting our pool season with that confidence means the world to me.

I also take advantage of the Sahara early-season anniversary sale which is a really smart marketing idea for those of us who plan their chem season in advance. I find the store personnel to be friendly with a strong customer service ethic as well.

Overall, I give Sahara a strong 9/10 rating.

The staff at Sahara Pools is very knowledgeable, creative in design, responsible, flexible and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure all their work is done perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the guys, the service and the company. They respond quickly with an answer and/or a visit whenever I have a question or a concern. They’ve replaced my liner, painted my coping and handrails to match the liner, built underwater seating and switched me over to a salt water system. Everything was done on schedule, their pricing was fair and the end results were perfect. They’ve serviced my pool since I moved here—7 years ago—and their work is impeccable. I very highly recommend them for everything pool related. They will exceed your expectations!

I have been a satisfied customer of Sahara pools for more than 15 years. In addition to performing scheduled pool services, they are very responsive to unplanned issues that may come up. They won't sell you anything you don't need, they show up when they are supposed to and they do good work at a fair price. Over the years, we have replaced various filter parts, installed a new liner, and converted from a chlorine system to a salt water system.

I would highly recommend Sahara no matter what your pool needs are.

I love Sahara. They have been servicing my pool for 20 years and their excellent technicians make pool owning a pleasure. James & Justin opened mine early this year and they always offer tips that help me to maintain it myself. Donna at the store is always so helpful with advice on chemical levels & pool care. when I need it. They converted my pool to salt and it is a breeze to maintain now. Happy swimming - I am already enjoying ours.
