From Dr. Badawy to the entire staff, they are all amazing and I'm so grateful I found them through my insurance.
I've had an extraction, deep cleaning of the gums and a root canal thus far and all were a piece of cake for me. No longer do I have anxiety about going to the dentist!
I highly recommend Chittenango Family Dental and look forward to having all my dental work done there.

Dr Badawy is excellent at what he does as I've had couple teeth pulled as well as 3 crowns that they do all in one day at office.He his very smooth and no pain during any procedure I've had.Young ladies at front desk and his hygienist are very professional and great atmosphere.I highly recommend Dr Badawy and staff as more dentists should take lessons from him.Thank you all at Chittenango Family Dental.

I decided to switch to a new dentist and wanted one closer to home since I now work from home some days. I was nervous about switching but I shouldn't have been. The office is very comfortable and Sarah was amazing. I hadn't been to the dentist since the beginning of the pandemic and Sarah was very gentle. Hardly any pain at all during the cleaning. I highly recommend!

Moved and switched to this dental office. Maggie the hygienist is very thorough and states what she's doing so you're aware and comfortable. The doctor is kind and addresses any issues and concerns while educating you.

My first visit to Chittenango Family Dental and I was happily surprised at the high-quality service and warm staff. They actually took the time to contact my insurance to estimate my coverage and did not charge up front like other dental offices do and expect you to submit your own reimbursement. My hygienist was gentle and did a great job as well. Referred my husband as well and we will both be returning for more work and future cleanings.

Great Dentist ... very friendly staff. I always worry and I shouldn't because they are so sweet and caring and help me forget why I worried.. Dr. does a great job as quickly as I can tollerate it and boom he's done. I appreciate that because I'm a big nervous baby and I hate holding my jaw open for long. . And I'm so glad I found this Dentist. He's nice and he's good and he's quick! They are all very awsome professionals here.

They treat you great,do a great job with cleanings and dental work. Always able to get convenient appointments to fit my schedule. I avoided the dentist for along time because my previous experiences weren't very nice.As weird as it may sound,they treated me so well I actually enjoy going there. No judgements,just great dental care. If you have dental needs and don't like or are afraid,you don't have to put it off any longer,the longer you wait the worse it becomes..they will get you treated and on the road to great dental health. I can't say enough good things about this practice.

Everyone in the office is very friendly! My youngest child had alot of work done for a 9yr old. The dentist and hia entire crew made her feel comfortable and reassured her everything was okay. I recommend all my csea coworkers if they are looking for a dentist!
