This place is awesome!!! Better than Dick’s Sporting and Big 5 in my opinion. The owner was so cool and very knowledgeable. He took the time to help my son pick out the perfect bat… he sold us a $300 bat for $50 in excellent condition used. They carry everything, for every sport even roller skates. New and used sporting goods.. I’m a fan of All In Sports…

This store always has a great selection of new and used sporting goods. We've found everything from wet suits to soccer cleats to golf gear. Very knowledgeable and friendly salespeople make it a great place to shop. Highly recommend.

Fantastic family owned store! We’ve been able to find used and new baseball gear, skateboards, balls, bikes and various exercise items. Great location, excellent customer service, highly recommend!

Great store. Lots of products and helpful crew. Great for kids gear as they are constantly growing. Once they grow out of it you can just sell it with them and get new stuff. They also heat press names and numbers on jerseys. They helped me with a gender reveal jerseys. Snowboard gear for the little one. And they sharpen hockey and figure skates. Great store with a great crew, highly recommend.

I love this store! Our family always goes here first when we need something. They have all kinds of great stuff. Snow gear for kids, wetsuits, boots ,hockey, baseball, life jackets, all kinds of high end bikes and scooters. A great recent purchase of mine was a pair of premium neoprene kids fishing boots with the tags STILL ON ,that usually cost over 100 bucks for 20. It doesn't get better than that. In addition the customer service is great and the owner is super involved and friendly. 10/10

I’ve been to this location a handful of times. Recently, I started going because of the pretty large selection they have for left handed golf clubs. The owner was behind the counter today ringing people up. I’m leaving this review because of how genuine he was when he thanked me for shopping at his business. Even when I first walked in he asked me if I needed help and, to let him know if I had any questions. These small local businesses really rely on the connection with residents of the community. I will always stop at this play it again sports before I even look on Amazon for any kind of sporting gear. I’d much rather give my money to a place that appreciates everyone that walks through their door. They have everything you could think of sports related and I suggest everyone at least stops in before they shop at one of these big retail stores.

Why would I go anywhere else? From the moment you walk into Play It Again Sports, Torrance you receive excellent customer service. They ask if you need help finding anything; and they will help you find what you’re looking for. Everything is well arranged. Awesome inventory and great prices. Good quality used equipment too. This is my favorite sports shop in the area!! Larry and all the staff are super helpful. I've enjoyed nothing but very helpful and positive experiences at this shop. They are knowledgeable and Larry is the friendliest guy you’ll ever meet. Love this store! I highly recommend coming here.

So I came to this store looking for a used pair of skis for a short trip to the snow… I initially posted about the very poor experience I had purchasing and then needing to return the skis the next day.
The owner, Larry, immediately reached out and asked how we could remedy the situation. I was impressed that he did this right away. But I was more impressed that he didn’t stop emailing me until I agreed to come back to the store and see if we could make things right.
I did return, I did find something that will work and more importantly I found a business owner and person who genuinely cares about his business and customers.
I will continue to be a customer!

Larry the owner is so helpful and kind! He helped our youth organization sell some items we weren’t using anymore. He was so responsive when I reached out to him and more than willing to help me! His staff at the store are so friendly and helpful! And very patient! Our transaction took awhile and they didn’t rush me and helped me get all my items out of my car! I definitely recommend them for selling your sports equipment and buying great gear!

Great place to get new or used sports stuff at a reasonable price. Staff is always friendly and you can call ahead to see if they have an item you are looking for. We have gotten snow stuff, ice skates, and tennis rackets here.

I went in with an old pair of skis, boots, bindings and questions. Even though I didn't purchase anything from the shop, the owner Larry was extremely helpful in answering all my questions about buying used gear, and more. When he didn't have a pair of skis that would fit me available in the store, he gave me his card and said he'd be happy to help with any questions I may run into. He followed through on that promise when I did find a set of used skis and sent him an email asking his advice. That kindness and quality of service is hard to find. Thanks, Larry.

Just moved back to South Bay from Vegas after 20+ years and missing from all the glitz, glamour, there is no used sporting goods stores. Im happy these guys are here to replenish my delapidated hockey gear. Thanks

Looked at many places in LA for online skates and found this place. They have both new and used. The owner, Larry, was super friendly and wonderful to his staff. It was refreshing to see. I walked away with some great used rollerblades. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for sporting gear

Over the many many years I have lived in the South Bay I have purchased a ton of used and new sports gear, bikes, snow boards and more from Play It Again. Great place for gear, awesome owner and staff!!!

Best place to shop for your used sporting goods. Not only do the have the most amazing prices in town they have the most amazing customer service as well. I've been coming here since becoming a head coach for Torrance Little League and they knock any other competitors out of the park!

This place has everything. I always go to play it again sports for surfboards. I just picked up a really nice 6’6’’ hybrid board basically brand new for well under $300. And the owner and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great place to get cheap slightly used sports gear. They have all different sizes for adults and children. They hire high school kids to work behind the counter so service is a grab bag of teenage hormones. About half the store is hockey gear. I get that the Kings are hot right now but hockey isn't really a Southern California sport. I don't even know where you would go to practice around here.

This is my favorite shop for all my hockey needs, everything from skate sharpening to pads and sticks.
Great group of guys and always available to help when I don't know what I'm talking about.
I highly recommend them for your sporting equipment...
