As a seller, I'd been concerned about how to price a home in an extremely competitive market. After three home sales, I am certain that Nick is a master-level wizard at strategically pricing a home. When it came to a listing price, his guidance helped me maximize the number of potential offers above my asking price range. I left each sale truly believing I’d gotten the best possible price for my property. As a buyer, Team Flynn always had my back. They were always one step ahead of me when it came to any concerns about a property we looked at and they seemed to think of everything that I didn’t. During closings, Trish was amazing at keeping me on top of things. Coordinating with the other realtors and attorneys, scheduling any necessary visits for buyers or outside services, giving lots of reminders when I had things coming up that needed to be done or contracts that needed to be signed, and always checking to make sure everything was up to code. Her attention to details that everyone else seemed to miss was astonishing. I know that Trish has been at this it a long time, but it's just amazing how much she knows about every aspect of the process. They both just do so much more than you would expect out of realtors. From meeting utility services at the property when I couldn’t, to lending a hand during one of my cleanouts, Nick & Trish do everything possible to make the whole experience as smooth & easy as it can possibly be. Between the two of them, there was always someone available to meet me at an open house, call the town clerk or building inspector, and quickly answer any of my questions. They also had referral services to offer me for anything I needed (cleaning services, septic/title 5, junk removal, moving, legal, inspection, etc.). I just cannot say enough about Team Flynn, they have my absolute highest recommendation.

I can't say enough great things about 'Team Flynn!' Trish & Nick are thorough, well spoken, accommodating, and on top of their game. With an old farmhouse, like ours, so much could have gone wrong, but Trish and Nick assured us they could handle it and that they did. From open house to signing an above asking offer was 16 days! Trish and Nick went above and beyond what any client could ask for, right down to getting 'down and dirty' in our attic space to help us on the day of 'final walkthrough.'
