I have been aware of Hylan's excellent reputation for several years, but this was my first experience with them. I was not disappointed. Todd and his staff were very helpful from the start. My repairs were done quickly and efficiently. I even had a nice chat with Ian, the mechanic who did the work on my pickup truck. I will be back and will continue to refer others as well.

Highly recommend. We have purchased multiple vehicles here ( Suv, Trucks, and work vehicles) always a good experience. Very knowledgeable and have always had or located just what we were looking for. Also very please with any needed repairs and maintenance of our vehicles. Happy customer.

This place is, without a doubt, the best and most honest auto service business you will ever have the pleasure to deal with. I have brought my auto to them for service several times and have been more than pleased with their service. From my personal experience they are the most courteous, skillful, honest people to work with that I have had the pleasure to do business with. Try them once and you will experience the same close personal service that I did. You will go back a second time. I would give six stars if I could....oh, wait...I think I just did.....good!

Exceptional customer service. I submitted an online service request well after hours and I received an email from the owner shortly afterwards at 10pm!!

I have purchased several vehicles from Hylan over the past 10 years or so. Some new and some pre- owned. They also service all of my vehicles and my motor-home. I would not go Anywhere else. I have 100% trust in their sales and service departments. I send all of my family and friends to them and know they will take Excellent care of them.

I am so happy with them!! As a single woman I am always worried about being taken advantage of.. The prices I have gotten quotes from other places were outrageous but not here....To fix the latch of my grand cherokee I got a quote of $600...Matt fixed it for about $150....One place gave me a quote of 159.99 for an AC recharge. I got my AC recharged and an oil change for $112. It's just nice to know I can trust these guys...Thanks Hylan Auto

I have been going to Hylan for about 10 years now. Todd and John are two of the most honest people I have met. I will only bring my car to Hylan to be serviced. They can do it all, from general maintenance to lift kits, wheels and tires and they are always a pleasure to deal with.

Brought a 05 Mercedes Benz E320 CDI here to get ready for MA inspection after getting a ridiculous quote from the dealership, Hylan beat their price by over a third, even while replacing the tires when the dealership wasn’t going to.

Bryan took care of me, explained what needed to be done and what didn’t, how much it would cost, what could wait, and honestly did his best to get me the best deal possible, and I seriously appreciate it.

I had a great experience with the team at Hylan. They have a great inventory of really nice trucks and have their own service department. They were also a pleasure to work with.
