Mercedes-Benz of Hanover Service

I set up an appointment with a service agent, left my van there Thursday night and over the weekend and got no updates on it. Called in a few times and was not able to get anyone through. After the weekend went to check on it and was told that the technician couldn’t look at it. Plus they didn’t know when he would be able to. What’s the point at taking appointments then? We run a small business and can’t waist time like this. Had to take the van to a service shop on the north shore, which is a shame since I live in the neighborhood. I’m very dissatisfied with how we were treated.

No loaner car available as promised. I had to wait over 3 hours for my car after they promised that a loaner would be available in one hour. No loaner arrived. They fast tracked my car and it still took 3 hours for scheduled maintenance after they told me that it would also only be one hour. I’m
