Noble Pies Bakery and Cafe

I don't normally like pie. We stopped by this place while visiting my inlaw. I have to say I have found the best pie shop. We ordered blueberries pie, chocolate pie and pecan pie. Everything is unique and delicious. I can't believe pies can be this delicious. This Noble pie had changed my mind about pies!!

Everything was amazing pumkin cookies were great. Will come again. Better then crumble. Turkey dinner pie was pricey but so worth it.

YES! You need to try this bakery! I decided to give this place a try after seeing the reviews and the hour drive there was beyond worth it. The place itself is very cozy inside and you smell pies right as you walk in. I decided to try a slice of their Apple Crumb Pie and after I devoured it in 2 seconds, I came running back for another slice. It is easily the BEST Apple Pie I have had in my life. The Whipped Cream just takes it to another level. Get an extra scoop if u can! The crust, crumb topping and apples were the perfect combo!
The service here is so friendly plus they let me sample other pies. On top of that the owner Ms.Noble herself let me bring back a Chicken Pot Pie home for my friends to try. (No surprise there it was the best Chicken Pot Pie I’ve had) I left this place with the biggest smile on my face. Thank you!

I am celiac AND allergic to wheat. I do not get sick from these pies.
I cried when I first ate one of their pies. I have now tried three different pies in less than 2 months...this has ruined my diet for the many weddings I must attend this year, but C'est la vie.
If I had the option to propose to the maker of the "Marry Me Cherry Pie" I would have done so as well.

Thank you for providing incredible food for us who are impoverished by Celiac Disease. Please never close or stop making pies. I suggest all Celiac-sufferers donate to Noble Pies' crowdsourcing funds raiser link or starve in gluten free sadness for the rest of their lives.

Definitely worth the 3 hour drive from long Island! Ended up buying 6 pies to bring back to family. The banana and apple crumb pie was to die for. Will definitely be taking the 3 hour trip more frequently for this pie.

So let me tell you about Noble Pies. While surfing the cable tv wastelands I came across QVC. They were highlighting Noble Pies. Zac and his family have a special story. When their family farm was in peril his Mom baked pies. Her kids opened a roadside stand and guess what? Pies sold within hours and their new venture turned into a business in Warwick, NY. I liked his story and tracked down their store only to find out every Sunday they are at the Ramsey Farmers Market. We had ordered 4 mini pies; apple, marry me cherry, very blueberry and seasonal plum online and they were to be at their stand in Ramsey. This is where we met Zac himself. A very friendly person who takes pride in their family bakery. We talked about finding that perfect apple pie. They came pretty close with all natural ingredients with fruit, seasonal and savory pies. The 4 mini pies were all good with my favorite pie being the marry me cherry pie. As we spoke Zac invited us to Warwick and see the operation and kitchen. This is something we will do. Btw, his gave us a free chicken pot pie to try. All we delicious. This is a place to try.

Words can not describe just how good the pies are. The service was also Spectacular. The young women serving us was beyond great.

Delicious pie shop. You can smell the pies from outside. Go in and enjoy. The robust fruit flavors of the dessert pies or the savory dinner pies. The Buffalo Chicken Pot Pie is a fan favorite.

I have to tell you that this is one of those places that you should not miss if you are a pai lover...and if you are not, you will surely start to love them. There are many flavors, salty and sweet. I went for the sweets. Don't get confused by the notices before take away, you must go there and eat them there, the guys are the best in attention, you don't know which one to choose.

We got chicken pot pie, curry chicken pot pie, pumpkin and blueberry pies and they were all DIVINE! Went back a few times during our stay. Easy to heat up at home and so hearty when it was cold and rainy. Everything made with love, from scratch, felt great to eat.

Love their mixed berry pie - clearly made with fresh fruits, and not too sweet like most places. Their quiches are also a real treat. I like that there’s plenty of frozen to-go options if you need to save one for later

I’ve been enjoying Noble Pies at the Irvington Farmers Market on Sundays, even though I am looking forward to visiting their bakery and cafe in Warwick, New York. They have delicious cookies, scones snd pies!

Really good pies! We had a slice of texas peacan and slice of cherry. We saw people buying some of the meat pies, so we got one chicken pie for later! I hope its good.

The nice young lady behind the counter help me picked out a great apple crumb pie. Nowadays, so many cakes and pies are overly sweet and you can only taste the sugar. It was so refreshing to eat a pie that I can taste the buttery crumb, the crisp fresh apples. Delicious!!

I’ve been fortunate enough to come to Noble Pies for a whole decade of their growth and expansion. Every visit has been a joy of excellent, responsive customer service from employees who are authentically kind members of the Noble Pies crew. They are like a family, and that extends itself to customers.
Also: the consistently superb ingredients and the inventive deliciousness of every sweet or savory dish make this a destination for locals like me and by fans from everywhere. Thank you!

Pie is happy food, and Noble pies is doing the good work of providing amazing pies that make the world a happier place.

This pie place has both sweet and savory pies. Some pies have a regular pie crust while others have a crumble top. There is a nice selection of blueberry pie, strawberry rhubarb pie, apple pie, mixed berry pie, chocolate cream pie, chicken pot pie, and more. While there are not many seating spots (around 3 tables), you can dine there, and enjpy your pie along with coffe or ice cream, such as vanilla or lavender truffle ice cream. Service there has always been polite and pleasant!

Delicious pie, yummy chai tea and excellent service. We got there shortly before closing and the kind server gave us extra large portions. Very satisfied. I'll try going early next time to try breakfast and grab a slice of strawberry rhubarb, which they were out of.

Found this place by pure accident after scheduling a hair appointment at the salon two doors down. The young lady working the counter was friendly and so patient with explaining the different pie flavors to me (and over, and over and over again to another customer who was frankly being rude and too busy with a FaceTime call!). I got two slices to go which my husband and I enjoyed. I absolutely loved the cherry chocolate scones! Considering making a special trip just to get a box of those. Noble Pies is a definite stop for me whenever I'm in the area.
