Very enjoyable experience. Didn’t force anything on me and was very forth coming with any and all charges. Felt respected and valued the entire process of upgrading two phones and an iPad. Hands down the best experience I ever had at Verizon.

Daniel was extremely helpful. Samsung sent me the zfold5 early after 3 hours on the phone with Verizon customer support I was unable to be assisted activating the esim since the phone wasn't out yet. I visited Daniel and he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and get my new phone working quickly. I highly recommend this store. Everybody is extremely helpful and friendly.

Vincenzo was amazing. Very knowledgeable, patient, and was literally a superhero for not only getting my phone working and getting my son into a new phone, but he got my teacher discount attached to my account. He is so nice and easy to work with. Literally a 10/10 and I will come back because Vincenzo made life so much easier for me!

I rate my experience a 10+.

The Customer Service was top notch.
Time was taken to explain the difference between the two Portable Chargers shown and how to use it.

All my question were answered in detail with excellent listening skills and attention to my concerns.

He took time to explain and look up my Account when I asked about an upgrade or a purchase if another phone

He also took time to explain that you have laptops, when I mentioned that my laptop is not working at the present time and I am thinking of getting a new one

He is, in my opinion a rare find, and a representative that you can be Proud of!

I am giving 5 stars because of Rafeet. He should be commended on his work ethic and commitment to customer service. I had been to the store the evening before (5:15pm) and was told by another employee that he was unable to help me due the the time of day. (Zero stars) When I returned the next day, we heard other customers state the same thing. Rafeet handled each of our concerns with patience and understanding. Not only did I add my daughter to my plan, I also purchased a new phone and two Apple watches!!

Had to buy a new phone, it was a complicated situation. Sisters phone would not keep a charge, and it had to be charged to transfer all her information. So I upgraded to give her my old phone. What could of been a hair pulling and verbal war, ended up to be just the opposite. Nicholas was great he had us in stitches from the moment we were introduced. I would of never of known that he was a new hire, if we weren’t told. Very pleasant, knowledgeable, patient, and that was important. We weren’t. It took quite awhile to fix our problem, and felt no pressure to move us on or out. Over 2 hours. Don’t get me wrong he had to ask questions to other employees. But was always assisted. I think he’s a great asset to the group of employees that were working that evening. Thank you Glenna Klimek and Helena Whytock

I had a great experience with both Vincenzo and Tyler. Both were courteous and professional. They didn’t rush me and were able to answer all my questions. Tyler set up my new phone and explained the new features. He made sure everything was good before I left the store. I would highly recommend this store.

She was amazing and very well knowledgeable. She took her time with me and explained everything to me. Every application and showed me some tricks with my new phone. I will recommend her to everyone and will be returning. She deserves to be recognized and she very patient especially with us old timers.

Julia is amazing! She upgraded our entire families phones and even dropped them off when she was finished at our house. Her strong work ethic combined with excellent customer service is an experience that I would highly recommend!!!

Employee was very honest and helpful at all stages of the experience of buying and setting up a new phone. I switched from android to Apple so having a knowledgeable employee to assist made the transition effortless and enjoyable (as far as buying a phone goes).

My fiancé and I had the most amazing experience with Julia. She was SO kind and patient. We were there for about an hour and a half and had lots of indecisiveness and she dealt with us with utmost patience and professionalism. She gave us her honest opinions and helped us through the entire (very complicated) process of switching plans and getting new phones. If you go to Warwick Verizon, ask for julia, she’s the BEST!

I arrived at Russell Cellular (Verizon store in Warwick, NY) and was greeted by both Tyler and another salesperson immediately!! After telling Tyler exactly what I needed, I was out of there in a little under 20 minutes!!! (Including some small talk in between!) He was absolutely wonderful to deal with! He explained everything very clearly to me! My experience at that location with Tyler was a great one!!!! I will recommend this location and his name to everyone!!!!

My husband's phone would not turn on. When we we down to Russell Cellular we knew we probably would be walking out with one new phone. The gentleman gave us the option of phoning for a replacement with deductible cost. But also answered any questions we had. He was very patient, kind and knowledgeable about the products they carry. We ended up walking out with two phones one for my husband one for myself and are very pleased with our purchases. Thank you Russell Cellular

Julia at the Warwick store was phenomenal. I am a professional counselor and a grandmother so the quality of my FaceTime audio is very important - Fir both my clients and my grandson. Since I wear Bluetooth hearing aids I needed to have them paired with my new iPhone 11 promax. Julia was very knowledgeable - having had experience in this area - and she also helped program my Subaru Apple play to work with my iPhone. Truly some of the best customer service I’ve ever had at Verizon so I give Julia five stars, The whole team at Warwick Verizon is exceptional. A special shoutout to Tyler who helped me a few weeks ago make the promax selection. And also shoutout to Andrew who followed
up a week later and finalized the purchase and set-up. And also scored a fabulous discount on a new Apple watch!
