Iron Forge Inn

Tonight my fiancée and I booked a table for the pre fix meal in the tap room and we absolutely loved it. We were greeted at the door and taken downstairs to such an amazing room with old word charm and character. The service staff was beyond amazing and food was incredible. My fiancée has a dairy intolerance and we reached out ahead of time to let them know and they went above and beyond to accommodate his needs. We have nothing but wonderful things to say and will definitely be back with friends!

Historical elegance at its finest. This old building is over 300 years old from colonial America. It is cozy and beautiful inside with classic decorations. The food and menu are delicious and the staff were wonderful! It also has a large outdoor patio outback with a trail, fire pit and gazebo sitting on top of the hill. It is truly beautiful and I recommend it for anyone!

Definitely try this spot for their tasting menu and wine pairing.
It was phenomenal...very small ... very intimate...and the food was to die for. The service was impeccable. Check their website for times and dates. A must try.

We did a curbside pickup order from here on 10/23. It was the first time I've ever been here and I have to say the service was amazing! We called in our order and they asked what time we'd like to pick it up, and they brought it right out to the car. The food was all very good as well but if I have to make one critique it's that the pumpkin fritters were more like pumpkin pancakes, still delicious, but not what I was expecting. We also ordered the one vegetarian entree they had which was pasta with wild mushrooms and i spent 10 minutes trying to figure out if they had accidentally given me chicken instead .. spoiler: they didn't, and i learned about chicken of the woods that night 🤣 Lovely experience, I hope next time we can go inside!

Gem of a restaurant in Warwick. Worth the drive for this place alone. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The service is next level. They are super attentive. The dishes themselves are incredibly eye pleasing but more importantly absolutely delicious. We had the four course tasting menu and it was so good we made reservations for dinner the next night. They do not disappoint.

I was looking for a place to host my sister’s bridal shower and I came across the Iron Forge Inn. From my first call with Kate I knew it would be the perfect place. Kate is a talented florist and took care of the flowers and everything required to bring my Amalfi Coast theme alive in an upstate New York inn. She tailored the menu to exactly fit ort needs and created the most relaxing atmosphere for us to shower my sister. We are already planning a trip back in the fall.

Excellent!!! Brunch menu was amazing and I had the best corned beef hash! Dessert was out of this world! Poached Pear, my new favorite dessert.

We were a party of four sat in the taproom had a excellent time the burgers were very delicious waitress was very attentive can't wait to go back definitely worth the five stars

Iron Forge Inn hosted our rehearsal dinner & welcome party, and it was splendid. The owners are excellent stewards of this historic property and take great pride in what they do. They are flexible, accommodating, and friendly people. The space itself is beautiful, full of cozy, but elegant old world charm. The food is to die for. Rustic, hearty, and plentiful. Excellent vegetarian options. So many wonderful details at this venue with attentive and friendly service. This would also be a lovely place to host a small wedding.

My wife and I recently held our wedding ceremony and reception here, and we can't say enough great things to appropriately and fully express just how perfect everything was. Kate planned everything out for us, right down to the smallest details, with care and absolute precision. Erik was phenomenal with our food selections and execution. Our expectations were already high going in, and not only did they meet them, they exceeded them. Our friends and family had the time of their lives. Thanks to everyone at the Iron Forge Inn, my wife and I had the fairy tale wedding that we were hoping for. THANK YOU!

We celebrated a wedding rehearsal dinner and welcome party for our son and daughter-in-law at the Iron Forge Inn in early November. It was a truly wonderful experience enjoyed by all. The Inn was warm and inviting. The family style dinner for about 50 people was really delicious - especially the short ribs and squash - and was very nicely presented. Many of our guests commented that the dinner was outstanding. Our welcome party included an outdoor tent with heaters and nearby bonfire. Eric and Kaitlyn along with their staff worked with us to make the night what we hoped it would be. Many thanks!

12/23/18 A wonderful holiday dining experience! The food is amazing - my husband and I come here a few times a year and we have never been disappointed. The staff is knowledgeable and the service is excellent.
There was beautiful live entertainment in the main room upstairs where we sat which made the evening more enjoyable. In fact, everyone seemed to have a pleasant time as family and friends and even other people dining all talked to each other.

We had the most amazing wedding at the Iron Forge Inn. The owners and staff were so accommodating and easy to work with. They made our day extra special. The food is delicious and the location was perfect. 5 stars isn't enough, it truly was a magical day/evening at the Iron Forge Inn. It's been 3 years and ours guests still can't stop raving about it.

5 stars isn't enough to rate our experience. I made reservations a few days in advance, and Kate, the most excellent, friendly, and gracious host, went out of her way, in my opinion, and above and beyond to make the night forever memorable. She actively communicated with me and offered up ideas and suggestions and executed in a way I would not expect from any establishment. The food, service, and atmosphere is second to none. I've never had more personal and obliging service anywhere, at any price. Many thanks to Kate, Barbara and their family for a wonderful experience. We will be back!

This is a great restaurant that serves fresh food with locally grown ingredients. I have not had the pleasure of dining indoors here due to the pandemic but the curbside takeout was fantastic. Also the portions are big so you're definitely getting your money's worth

Always outstanding, never a disappointment. In addition to their regular menu they offer either a four or seven course tasting menu with or without wine pairing. The setting is beautiful and the service is professional, attentive but unobtrusive. I would recommend this restaurant for any occasion, a special occasion, or just a romantic dinner for two. Go to the Iron Forge Inn.

After seeing the reviews online, I made reservations. We did the 7 course pairing with wine pairing. I am a vegitarian and they completely motidifed it for me. This place is charming and the candles/fire place make it even more charming. The food was very good, everything had different flavor. The service was amazing as well. 100% recommend them!

Fantastic experience, food, flavors, and service! The four course offering (with or without the wine selections) is amazing and so filling- I'm not sure how anyone could say they weren't given enough food. The menu is always yummy for carnivores, pescatarians, and vegetarians alike. We've gone there for date nights, celebrations, regular nights and when we want to show off our sweet town of Warwick to our out of town guests. Iron Forge Inn is hands down our favorite local spot for gourmet food. The staff and chef are so welcoming and obliging-we even named a room after us ;)

Erik, Kate, and the entire staff from The Iron Forge really went above and beyond for our rehearsal dinner. Kate helped us plan our dinner from top to bottom, including adding some personal touches that really reflected us as a couple. We had cocktail hour at the outdoor patio, which had a fire pit going and a hot cider station with hors d’oeuvres! Then we had a three course family-style dinner. They were even kind enough to make plant-based versions of some of the dishes to accommodate our vegan guest. All of our guests have been raving about the rehearsal dinner since it happened!! Everyone had such a great time. Thank you soooo much to Kate, Erik, and the rest of the Iron Forge for such a memorable experience!
