Piper's Kilt

Another New York gem. Loved it bar setting again, family and friend orientated. Went 3xs while in New York. Food is on point! The first time I got their special 1/2 chicken with mashed potatoes and corn very big took some food home. Second time, french onion soup and Eastchester burger with fries. Yummy and third time shared zucchini fries and had the famous burger salad, Eastchester burger on salad with vingarette. I didn't think the vingarette was going to go good on this, but oh my goodness, trust the process!!!!!

I think this joint has reached landmark status. The food is great. The atmosphere is great. The people are great.

If you visit, understand you may have to wait in line and you may not be immediately served, however that's what happens at popular places. It's worth it. Get a beer and chill, you'll get a table.

Can’t lie this Eastchester burger is the truth one of my few burger spot that you can’t go wrong with!

It's a fantastic neighborhood bar and still a great spot for burgers. Cash and credit are both accepted. Be aware that credit charges are more expensive than paying straight cash. There is a free parking lot behind the restaurant. However, space is very limited, and spots are tight. I highly recommend trying the Eastchester burger, the onion rings, and the fries. 11/2023

A place for really good burgers!

Known for their burger, they proved their worth today. It comes down to the meat itself, which seems to set it apart from most burger places. Whatever the combination of meat and spices, it hits the bullseye. The onion rings are also well done. Their pickles are pretty special too.

This is the best burger in Westchester without a question. Honestly, this might be the best burger in New York and yes I have tried JG Melon, PJ clarkes, Burger Joint, and burgers from famous steakhouses. This is quick, good quality, and old school. Simply awesome fries and burger with great bar and old school vibe. 100 percent must try if in Westchester and want a great burger!

I went there recently on a Sunday after 9:00 pm with my wife and daughter. Not much of a crowd because of the time we got there. Quick service. We all got burgers. The burgers were rockin'. Also good home made onion rings.

I want to say that this was my first time eating this burger at this place... that Bronx Bomber Burger was a Bomb!! I mean Bomb in a good way! It was delicious, I can taste the onions, the BBQ sauce, the cheese, and ofc the beef! I almost fainted eating this... we’re coming back again! The only criticism about it, other than its messy (which people like), I think I’d change the Regular bun to something thick (less messy) like either brioche or Pretzel buns... overall, I’ll eat that bomber burger again. Thank you for good service!

Hands down the best burger around. Also the most consistent. I've been coming to pipers kilt for 30 years. Burger is just as good as ever. Best prices around as well. Like it's happy hour all the time.

The food was unexpectedly well prepared and the staff was out of this world. Especially Elizabeth. Amazing all around.

This was a favorite burger place of mine when I was in college down the street. 20 years later it was just as I remembered. This time I am not eating carbs so I had a salad instead of fries and a bunless burger. It was perfection. The flavor was amazing. It was juicy but not dulled by a greasy flavor. There was plenty of cheese and toppings as well! I look forward to the next time I am in town since I can't move them to Maryland.

Took my God mother here she hasn't been since the pandemic
She was so happy to have her burger again
And yes still awesome and the Mac and cheese was to die for
Staff and service was amazing we had this young man he was so professional and patient and made sure everything was great for my God mother blessing to him and whoever hired him

Five Stars. Worth the wait. Staff was busy but once seated table was taken care of. Steaks cooked how you ask. Burgers 🍔 stacked and amazing. The bar makes Shirley Temples & wicked Cosmos. It’s a great night out with family & friends. It’s nice to see smiles, hear laughter and enjoy good quality food & drink.
