My first time in there. Found help pretty quickly and they had a what I needed.

I needed to rent speakers for a party. Had no idea what to order. Fortunately, an employee, Jacob, was extremely helpful and made the entire rental process nice and easy.

I had the privilege of taking DJ lessons at Guitar Center with the incredible DJ Pete, who is truly an asset to their team. However, my experience was soured by the unhelpful and dismissive behavior of manager Tiara, who failed to listen and understand my situation. My girlfriend had gifted me the lessons as a birthday surprise but was not informed of the additional steps required to cancel an unknown monthly subscription you are automatically entered that came with the class (buyer beware!). We were charged an additional unexpected $250, and when we tried to resolve the issue, Tiara's lack of empathy and professionalism made the situation even more frustrating. Thankfully, Pete stepped in and saved the day with his exceptional empathy and customer service skills. Despite this negative experience, I highly recommend Pete to anyone interested in improving their DJ skills. He is a genuine, down-to-earth professional who truly cares about his students, loves music, and can teach you a range of tricks to take your skills to the next level. It’s a cool experience! If it weren't for Pete, I would have lost faith in Guitar Center altogether. So, if you're looking for a DJ teacher who is the real deal, sign up with Pete and prepare to be amazed by the results!

Brought my old guitar in for a tuneup. Russ was super helpful and knowledgeable about the different options. My guitar sounds amazing now. Can’t believe I didn’t get a tuneup years ago.

Service and staff are professional and prompt. I was in the store selling music gear and received fair and transparent offers from the sales associate compared to local competitors. Store has a great selection of instruments and welcomes you to try them out in a no-pressure environment.

The best Guitar Center I went to thus far. All the employees are very lively, and they try to make your day. Dan is very honest and shines the light on various guitars; their glows and grows. Veronica went all the way and some to see if there was another guitar in stock. These employees would do anything to make sure the customer has a great experience and I admire them for that. Thank you Dan, Veronica, and Jakob!

I came in with an issue about a purchase I had made recently. The nature of the issue is not relevant as it was resolved swiftly by Dan, one of the managers at this location.

Wonderful place for your guitar needs! Staff was happy to help me troubleshoot issues with my gear. I got my Boss Katana-100 amp from here, and I appreciate the employees helping me move it to my car. The people working there are passionate about guitar, and for now, this place is my go-to whenever I have any guitar-related needs.

I’ve been taking one on one Dj sessions with Pete Mendez and he’s an amazing instructor! I’ve always wanted to learn the basics of becoming a dj and I’m only 4 lessons in and feel prepared for my first gig! Pete takes the time to answer any questions I have and challenges me to get better! Highly recommend Pete for dj lessons!!

I've been working with Pete for about a month and I cannot recommend him highly enough. As a complete beginner, he helped me not only with the basics of learning, but also guided me in setting up my own equipment. This is not a lesson you will get from just anyone, you will be challenged and I am very appreciative of that!

DJ Pete has been an amazing instructor. Recently started taking lessons, and Pete is very understanding and goes the extra mile. He is vastly knowledgeable in all aspects of his field. The lessons are informative, challenging, and engaging. He is patient and yet keeps his energy and expectations very high. I look forward to more fun and challenging lessons!!

Having a great time learning how to DJ with my instructor Pete. He’s very friendly and passionate about his work. He goes over everything in a way that’s simple for you to understand and pick up. You can apply his tips immediately and see how quickly you improve. If you struggle with a topic he’ll tackle it immediately with you to help you master it. Taking what you learn from him and practicing it at home/between classes is an excellent way to bring you to the next level immediately. Very happy with how he handles everything and even recommends equipment that’ll suit your needs, functionality, and price range. Pete is a wonderful instructor for learning how to DJ, I highly recommend!
