AT&T Store

Ruth was amazing and super helpful with a purchase of three new phones and the transfer of information from the old ones. She was incredibly calm and accommodating when other patrons at the store were pestering her for help. She was able to multitask and assisted everyone who needed something. We were there for several hours while information was transferring but left before one was completed. We had my elderly mother with us and she couldn't sit any longer. Ruth gave us her home phone number in case we had any problems when we got home. All credit to her for getting us through this tedious task.

Incredible incredible incredible!! Talk about knowledgeable, fast, caring and great customer service! Elvis you are the best! He took every detail into account and was the friendliest ever! I recommend and will continue to recommend anyone to go visit this store and go see Elvis at the att in Ridgehill, he is amazing! No surprises anywhere, he took care of us from start to finish and continues so do so with any questions or needs we have! After being bounced around from the corporate store on Central Ave to calling the AT&T customer service many times, I tried the store on Ridge Hill. Loved the staff here.The manager, Patrick, assisted me. He was pleasant, patient and knowledgeable!! He was determined to get my issue resolved. Customer service at its peak!!! The representative Patrick, that assisted Me gave me a phenomenal experience. He was very kind he's very patient. His co-worker and him even offered my children, paper and crayons which I thought was nice that’s not part of the job description but it shows great customer service. He helped me understand what I needed to do for getting my new phones also set up my Apple Watch. He also transferred everything over for me because it was a iPhone 14, he did a 100% a great job. I enjoyed having a representative like him at the Ridge Hill AT&T store Patrick deserves a raise, thank you Patrick for everything you did. I left the store with two phones super happy.

Came in to get a new phone and ended up saving on my bill with the phone. Amazing customer service will come back . Vee, Elvis and Angel were super helpful.

Patrick was the sales associate who helped my husband and I. This was our first time visiting this location. He was friendly and greeted us as soon as we entered the store. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with patience. Patrick not only resolved our problem but was extremely informative on the upgrade we were interested in. Even though this store is out of the way for us, we will be returning for all of our future needs because of the excellent customer service we received.

Everyone was very accommodating and exceptionally friendly. They exceeded my expectations!!!

I was so flustered i hate when something is wrong with my phone but upon arrival Patrick greeted me with a huge smile and answered all my questions. He fixed my issues within minutes and saved me so much anxiety and headache! I would definitely recommend this location due to the incredible customer service i received.

Ruth was very professional and extremely helpful with my purchase and setting up my new line with AT&T for the first time. She was exceptional and it was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. You need more people like Ruth in your company! In addition, those ladies took the time to mention and explore every single option I had. They ARE EXTREMELY knowledgeable & fast. They knew what they were talking about. Ruth and Gem were extremely helpful in navigating the transfer of our phone numbers from one service to AT&T. When the other service boost that is tried to prevent the number from being transferred Ruth was very firm and ultimately was able to complete the transaction. This was excellent service I recommend this shop Highly.

After being told that we couldn’t get service because our phone was locked Matthew came to the rescue and reassured us that it could be done. He was attentive determined and had a great attention to detail. We loved his friendly and warm welcoming personality. A happy customer is a returning customer and we will definitely be coming back. My husband & I came into the store looking for the best possible upgrade for a family plan. Reuben was so informative and helpful we felt comfortable making the decisions we did with our plan. He was very professional yet made us feel like we were talking to a friend. This is the best experience we’ve had with AT&T all these years as costumer. Daniel was amazing! He was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable and went beyond his job to help me to find the perfect phone for my son. I got amazing deals and the overall staff was so friendly and helpful. Glad I moved from Sprint to At&t. I even called him afterwards to help transfer my sons data on his phone!

I had lost my phone and had a very big week of business ahead. Went to Ridge Hill and met Leslie. Talk about saving the day!!!! She immediately helped me retrieve vital data and then set up an older model phone of mine so I could have access to contacts and information for the week ahead. When I say lifesaver I really mean it. She was so informative and pleasant to deal with. She made a stressful time very calming. Can’t thank her enough. Store is fantastic. Service is second to none. Wonderful experience with Reuben and Tatiana. Reuben was very tired and he off for the night but he was kind enough to stay and start the process.
Tatiana was wonderful as well she has great patience.
Both of them are a tremendous asset and your store would not be as good without them. Will recommend your store to all my patients
