I’m so glad we found this practice! Dr. Demarco is amazing. She takes time with you to really explain things (my husband asks a lotttt of questions). She always willing to answer everything and put us at ease. She’s also so friendly and kind. The nurses are also fantastic. My son is 5 months old and each experience there has been wonderful.
Highly recommend.

Dr. Resnick has been our pediatrician for the last year- and we have loved every minute of it. I'm surprised to read other folks have had a differing experience under his care. I have an 8 year old and a 1 year old daughter- both my kiddos love him and trust him as their doctor. My husband and I feel as though he's a seasoned parent with like minded views on top of being a wonderful physician and ultimately that is what is important to our family. I think its okay to recognize that not every doctor will be your cup of tea, and that does not mean they are not great physicians. We highly recommend Madeira Pediatrics, as all of the physicians are wonderful, especially Dr. Resnick

We love dr rinderknecht, everyone we have seen here is great!

I love this office, love Dr Demarco, and I have had a great experience with every other doctor here, but unfortunately, Dr Resnick is absolutely not a match for this team. The few times my kids have had to see him have been complete losses. We have to correct him continually, request the correct antibiotics when he could easily see in the chart which have worked, he refuses antibiotics when they’re medically necessary, refuses to send prescriptions electronically, is disrespectful, talking down to parents as if two clinical researchers know nothing about medicine and have no say, etc. I cannot express how disappointed I am not to be able to trust every doctor in this practice. I would not recommend even taking a last minute sick visit appointment with this person.

Dr. DeMarco is wonderful! She always takes plenty of time to catch up with each child and makes them feel comfortable at each visit. Never rushes us out and makes sure everything is addressed properly. She offers good information, knowledge, and an open mind to practicing medicine.

My little boy has been seeing Dr Robyn Gorman since I had him. She is wonderful and so full of knowledge. What I really love about her is she doesn’t make you feel “dumb” or “beneath” her when you’re asking questions. And as a newer mom I always have tons of “silly” questions. She’s thorough. She kind. And you can tell she really loves kids! She always lights up when she sees my son Rowan, and in turn it makes me light up! We love her! 10/10 office, staff and cleanliness.

Dr. Rinderknecht is FABULOUS. She is caring, listens to your concerns and addresses them appropriately. As a new mom she has put my fears at ease and has made this life changing transformation easier than I ever expected. We could not have stumbled across a better pediatrician for our daughter. The front desk staff is ALWAYS helpful when I call.

Dr. DeMarco is amazing! She always takes her time when my daughter has an appointment. She is a great listener and really cares about her patients.

Dr. RInderknecht is amazing! Both my 2 yr old and 7 month old have been seeing her since they were born. We love it here.

This is a wonderful practice! We left only because we moved away but if we ever come back we will 100% join again regardless where we move in Cincinnati!

Dr. Rinderknecht is simply the best! Caring, listening, great suggestions.

Great doctors and staff

Wonderful Medical staff. we loved the doctor our three children visit.

the front desk admin/reception team there however seem a bit behind the curve, to put it nicely.

we moved to the area this summer but well before our move in date all records were faxed and emailed to the QCP team. we confirmed that via our own personal emails which were included in the forward.

it took numerous emails back and forth (equating to several days) for the QCP team to receive our children's records from our previous pediatrician. it seemed they had difficulty opening pdf files or understanding the files could contain more than one page.

after a summer's worth of visits and check ups there was one occasion i was told that my two older daughters weren't even in their system, despite having visited that locale multiple times already. their reason? they misspelled their names. this is AFTER they received the transferred documents from our old pediatricians. this little issue took yet another week of emails and phone calls to resolve.

bless their hearts for trying but in the digital age, relying on faxes is quite simply archaic. again, love our doctor but we wish that their front desk was more qualified for that role.

my advice if you choose this place is be patient with the reception staff and get everything in writing.

As a previous review states- Dr. Resnick does not belong. He dismissed several concerns I had regarding my newborn daughter and focused on only things that were important to him in terms of her care. I requested referrals to specialists and had my concerns addressed quickly.
We won't be back to this practice due to inconsistencies in his care.
We recommend going to a different pediatric office eith your babies as they are not equipped to provide comprehensive care.

I would give zero if I could. IF you manage to get someone to answer the phone to actually make an appointment, expect ridiculous wait times. Our pediatrician retired which is why we went here. Absolutely will not be back.
