After a year now happily settled in my new condo, I will say Debbie Glynn is excellent! I had a great experience working with her. Her level of experience and expertise is amazing. We highly recommend Debbie Glynn as a buying agent in the south shore. We bought our house in the height of the Covid-19 hysteria and although the whole process was anything but typical, Debbie helped us navigate it masterfully. She provided very good advice and insight into the south shore market, even though so much was unknown at the time. We even considered delaying the whole process due to covid, but she was correct in pointing out the opportunity that the pandemic had created from a buyers prospective. Because of it, we were able to get a house that we probably would have ended up losing in a bidding war had we waited.

Debbie was also a great listener and really understood the type of home we were looking for. Her knowledge of the area was critical to helping narrow down our search as well. As we purchased an older home that had been renovated, there were many questions and negotiations we made with the buyers.
