Service Center - Coastal Volkswagen

My service advisor was very professional, respectful and communicated the progress of my repair via a text message. The process was smooth and comfortable while waiting in the service waiting area. And he was a very nice person who explained everything that was done to my vehicle. Overall a great experience!

We had the pleasure of having Evan as our salesman at Costal VW. He was fabulous during the purchase of both our Daughter and Sons Volkswagens. He was attentive, helpful and patient with all of questions, concerns and most of all our insurance company. Highly recommended him and Costal and we’ll definitely be back when we’re ready to trade in my husbands car!

Was just in for an oil change. At no cost the tire pressure was adjusted and a fault light was reset without me asking. Previously I was in for a warranty repair. They scheduled when they could provide alternate transportation. The staff act as if they really care about every customer.

I have been coming to Coastal VW for many years, the team in the service dept is the best. Everyone is polite, professional and always go above and beyond.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Coastal VW's service department. They were easy to schedule with, did the work quickly, and even charged slightly less than they had quoted. Give them all raises!

I bring in my vehicle to get serviced and never have any issues with their customer service. Never push to get everything done at once but always diligent in what needs to be addressed quickly.

I was very impressed with the service I received and the job that was done.The mechanic was attentive to his job and very polite ( not sure of his name) and Bruce, the service coordinator, was excellent. Bruce has a great way with people. He made you feel comfortable and informed you about what was happening with your car as the job progressed. It was a very busy service day, but everything seemed to be moving smoothly.

Bought a 2022 VW Arteon along with getting an oil change shortly after process was very easy they helped me through it as a first time car buyer. And getting the oil change was very quick taking less than 45 minutes

The staff are courteous and professional. They do a great job of explaining what's happening with my vehicle every time I come in for service. They are extremely consistent. I won't take my car to another dealer because the service personnel are the best!!!

I was in a very bad situation with a tire and Coastal took the time after hours to help me figure out a plan. They fit me in the next day and were so accommodating. I live in Boston but will be driving back to Hanover from now on for any service to my vehicle.

I needed to trade in my older Rabbit for a newer car. Johnny Walker and David Spellman helped to get me into a new version of my old car and I love it!

They got me an almost immediately and fixed with needed to be fixed and charged a very fair price

Everyone there was very nice, I worked with Evan, and he did a wonderful job. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything. When I did eventually get my car there I felt confident buying it. It runs amazingly and I got a great deal! Highly recommended.

We had our one year service maintenance done recently. The process was easy. The service dept. notified me through texts to let me know when the car was ready.

I was taking care of by Tim in service. He was so helpful and assisted me with a courtesy ride to work and back to the dealership while my vehicle was being serviced. He was clear and understanding when going over the test results on my vehicle. I’m so happy to have a place close to home take care of all my vehicle needs. Thank you! 😊
