Very welcoming gym. The owner, Charlie, and staff members especially Keith are extremely supportive and outgoing. Everything is always clean, community and environment is better than any gym I’ve seen 10/10 facilities and gym as a whole.

Great local gym that’s always clean, has plenty of equipment choices and is in a convenient location. Shout out to Keith for always being so friendly and welcoming!

The gym is in a great location, has parking lot, is CLEAN!!!!! Great lockers and CLEAN sauna! Is just as a retired pro athlete and 35 years as a trainer still blows my mind that an owner would hire a front desk that’s doesn’t want to do her job!
The job os: Welcoming you, show you around and make the sale. So I am considering to sign up because of what the gym offers and how clean and organized is but not for the front desk service.

This IS a rare find as far as gym's go. I have been training in gyms for almost 40 years and got into fitness before it became as popular as Starbucks. It's a very rare thing where gym owners hold on to the "old school" feel of what it was like when the industry began, which by the way, had to do with camaraderie, support, education, and the pure joy that all of those things provide. The owner, Charlie, really"gets" that. The minute I walked into this gym a couple of years ago I felt like I stepped back in time before the industry lost its luster and became corporate. This is a place of wellness, peace, and for me and my wife who are both members, a place of pure solace and joy. Hats off to Charlie, Keith, and whoever keeps this place running and maintaining the feel of this very special place

Probably the best gym i have been to in 15 years. Its super clean , the weights are ALWAYS being racked unlike most gyms . It is rarely crowded , has plenty of parking . The gym has heavy weights for serious lifters as well as a bunch of classes offered . Also this gym has the greatest crowd of people as members .

If I must add Keith first of all is an awesome manager. Extremely helpful and very informative. In addition to that it’s the cleanest gym I have ever came across. The gym instructors are all great excellent encouragement and want the best for the clients. Phoenix fitness you Rock.

Absolutely, positively, the “best bang for the buck”. Impeccably clean, amazing staff, and never an issue finding a parking spot. The recent addition of the infrared sauna really made this gym a “go to” place for anyone with physical therapy and previous medical ailment issues. Awesome “private style” cycle studio and a front desk staff that “treats members like family” makes this a a true gem in the moderately priced fitness facility arena. It’s a shame Google only allows 5 stars.

Phoenix opened last week of August and they nailed it!! I came back home and rejoined on 8/26/20.
Staff and ownership are GOLDEN!!
The big gym companies cannot match up to this gem. Gym is spacious and members are respectful of space.
Machines are in great condition. Bathrooms are spotless. Thank you Charlie, Keith and staff!!

Awesome gym. Every machine, free wieght, bicycle, elliptical, treadmill, studio space, boxing, rope/hanging exercises, balls, post workout facilities (steam rooms etc) and most importantly EXPERTISE available.

Staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable from desk clerk, maintenance men, trainers, managers and to the owner. This is the gym where everyone will know your name.

Well equipped, great community, and clean. If you live close enough to take advantage you will have a great gym that never feels overcrowded, filled with great people whom will become your friends and a owner who cares about his business.

Equipment - has everything you need for bodybuilding, strength training, or simply general fitness/rehab. Powerlifting is the only thing you couldn't really do here and it honestly wouldn't fit the culture, sorry.
Hammer strength machines of all push/pull variety, plenty of leg squat/press variety, Free weights up to 130lb, large cardio deck with a Jacobs Ladder for HIIT. Lots of PT related balance equipment and bands if you're working back from an injury.

Cleanliness/maintenance - Charlie runs a tight ship, locker rooms are always clean and any broken machines are fixed more promptly than any other gym I've been with.

I joined this gym in high school 10+ years ago and wasn't aware of just how special it was until I moved away. The gym is a true locals bastion and on the visits I make when visiting local family I still see the same faces. I look forward to the visits for this reason.

Great place to workout, very clean...friendly staff .. the owner charlie is great . Manager Keith is awesome, really impressed what they implemented post corona times...sanitizer everywhere....staff constantly wiping down equipment....5 stars from me!

Very clean which is not too surprising these days but still. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Equipment is in good shape. A nice little find in Tuckahoe.

Best private gym in lower Westchester hands down. Immaculately clean, great staff, friendly guests, and the owner is an overall great guy and always helpful!

A great neighborhood secret. The machines are very well maintained, and the place is spotless. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beats the heck out of those big chains.

The only place to get into tip top shape. Courteous desk attendants, supplements, nutritional shakes, coffee available. Cardio, Stretching areas, private training & message

Great gym! Lived right around the corner and would come here almost every day since I was in high school. Wish I could still go.
