Old Navy

I’ve always loved shopping at Old Navy stores however the one at the Ridge Hill shopping center might be their nicest! They have great sales and a very helpful staff. They also have incredible looking clothing that’s very affordable. I’m sure you are always checking out stores and the internet for masks. Well, Old Navy has an amazing selection of masks for adults, kids and infants and they are selling FIVE MASKS in each package for the great price of $12.50. The kids masks were only $9.50! They are 100 % cotton and very comfortable. I loved their store and we will be back soon.

Love this location less crowded at that’s a big plus. They have great deals and the staff isn’t rude and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Yesterday I went with my fiancé to do some shopping. Everyone I encountered was helpful, knowledgeable, and provided exceptional customer service. The first and last person I encountered was a young lady with light hair and light eyes, she was very nice and provided great customer service. The next individual was an Asian man he was very attentive and provided exceptional customer service. And the last person was a Hispanic young man with curly hair he was very knowledgeable on the old navy products an provided great service as well .

So much stuff on sale, thinking about buying all of their face mask and sending them to third world countries. Lots of nice items to choose from.

Great prices, trendy, reasonable selections, gr at location and courteous staff-- what more could you want!?

This store has excellent customer service!!!
As soon as I walked in I asked for help the manager was amazing she and another employee went above and beyond to help me with a online order that did not fit me. They took their time to go online and search throughout the whole store to make sure I was satisfied. Just when I thought things couldn't get any better another energetic and friendly employee came in it's like everyone was so jolly. I felt like it was to good to be true. Retail can be stressful but those three young ladies were something out of a move scene. This was my first time at this stores location and I will always shop there from now on. This location is by far the best I would refer any and everyone to shop there. The shopping experience was so pleasant I didn't want to leave because I couldn't believe the energy from everyone I came in contact with who worked there was so good. Fun shopping with excellent employees that's what everyone needs on this world of chaos thank you Old Nay in Ridge Hill🤗

I came in very overwhelmed because I had a bunch of outfits I had to buy for my relatives. I had approached the front desk with a bunch of random clothing and I still was anxious about what I was purchasing. Luckily, Ayanna was my cashier in that moment. She sorted through my purchase, made sure I was getting the best deals and bang for my buck. She was so pleasant to speak to as well. I wish I encountered more cashiers like her, she was awesome!

I used to work here in 2016 but they fired me on the day I had to come into work for my hours that made me sad. But I'ma apply right now & hopefully get hired again I only need to work 12hrs

I usually don't write reviews but I was compelled to share my recent encounter at the Old Navy at the Ridgehill Mall in Yonkers, NY. I had an awesome sales representative by the name of Ayanna. She helped me find outfits for my niece's 15th Birthday. She was patient, personable and seemed to care about helping me find just what I needed. I even signed up for the Old Navy rewards card! I wish more sales representatives were just as compassionate about their job and go over and beyond to make sure the customer(s) not only leave happy with their purchase and a great experience but look forward to returning to the store to be a loyal customer. Great job Ayanna! Keep up the great job. Your exceptional efforts are noticed. My niece loved the clothes and accessories that I purchased. I look forward to returning to the store and applying for the Old Navy credit card in which was offered to me by Ayanna.

Ayanna provided me with amazing customer service at your store. She was able to help me find the perfect outfit for my son and I for his upcoming birthday. Ayanna was very patient when I wasn’t sure what my size was in pants. 10/10
