Sun River Health New Paltz

By far the best Dentist I have ever had! The staff is super friendly and they try there best to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I'm very surprised with how protective they are regarding COVID. It's super clean on the inside which makes me feel very comfortable to know all health and safety measures are above DOH standards. They really go the extra mile here and it shows! I highly recommend to anyone needing a dentist!

The most caring staff I have encounter in New Paltz. Recently moved here and was lucky to have found this medical clinic.

Not my favorite dental experience. I called to schedule an appointment with the main office, and they insisted I get an emergency appointment. The emergency appointment was me sitting for less than 10 minutes while the dentist interrupted anything I was trying to tell her and told me to use products I was already using. She poked my gum and told me I wasn't bleeding, and literally had blood in my mouth as I left...

Glad I asked about my next appointment before leaving, as the receptionist I had spoken to had booked me with a dentist who wasn't seeing new patients so they said I would have to wait until May, not December. From start to finish just felt like they didn't really have their act together.

Horrible customer experience. Had a rescheduled appt cancelled the day before my appt, that I had booked 8 months in advance, and their next available appt isn't for another 5 months. Totally unacceptable.

Horrible. I made an appointment and walked all the way there just for them to tell me I never made an appointment and they don't have my name on file. even though I know I did and gave the name of the girl I talked too. Even when I explained my situation they were very rude to me and not accommodating at all. Go somewhere else.

They do not accept Medicare / Aetna_Medicare / Military Tri-Care .
They Advertise they accept Aetna & Tri-Care.
There was 1 Patient there when I arrived & the 10 min. I stayed to talk.
Obviously, their attitude positioned against Medicare Patients is costing them income & Patients in Need, Responsible Care.

I ask for emergency appointments many times but I didn't get any solution and they gave me appointment after 4 months I waited 4 months to see the dentest and also he didn't do good job and then they gave me appointment at the end of March means 5 month from now I'm on pain and suffering
When I talk to them they said cause covid19
It's bad excuse many many people and doctors I met in covid19 time and they did very well job
I'm sorry to say that.

To schedule an appointment takes 5 months and they do nothing just one think and they didn't do well and when it needs help as soon as possible it take more month also the service is not well

came here to make an appointment to get an abscessed tooth removed and the receptionist told me to come back in 7 months
