Tops Friendly Markets

I will still give the store five stars, for the most part the safest friendly in the store is clean and well stocked.

I understand that the hand baskets have to be locked up because college kids like to take them and they're expensive. But I'm not a college kid and when I ask for one and have to pull someone off of what they're doing, I'm met with the worst body language and attitude. I didn't make the decision to hide them, please don't make me feel like I did something wrong by asking. Leave the attitude in your car, don't bring it to work with you! Again .. a lot of good people here .... like The Jackson 5 said ... "One bad apple don't spoil the whole bunch baby"

I love the store! Even this is the first time heard of the name, there are a lot of items on discount and easy to find what I need.

This grocery store has a very large selection, and I’ve never had to settle for something other than what I’m looking for. Open until midnight, my night munchies are always satisfied, and rarely do I have to wait on line. They have 16 self check outs, and more than 10 cashiers. It’s extremely clean, very spacious, seemingly endless parking. Definitely the best grocery store in new paltz!

Res Mervaj was excellent. Truly such a wonderful one of a kind human. She went from customer service to floral to assist us with a bouquet we wanted. She was so personable and I can tell she truly loves her job and she is the epitome of what a great employee should stand for. She was patient and personable, engaging in conversation throughout our encounter. I hope she sees this and knows that the pregnant woman and her boyfriend appreciated her more than what I could put in this message! Thanks so much!

They live uo to their names. They are tops, and they are friendly.
Nestled in a varied shopping plaza, just outside of downtown New Paltz. I like their variety, quality and prices. The shoppers are friendly also. plenty of parking, despite the plaza always being abuzz with activity.

Clean and friendly staff, lots of variety in food. Manager is helpful and caring.

Prices was average I found it hard to find some items though they were placed in miles that you would never think of other than that it's a decent supermarket

I don't remember much about the store.

Easy parking, clean well stocked. In store Pharmacy. Many self check stations to speed up check out time.

I think Tops Market has a great vegan selection. They have a wonderful regular selection too. They are neat and clean. Their staff is helpful and go out of their way to help you. The produce selection is varied. It's clean.

I am very thankful for this grocery store! There are always great sales - especially on meats! The people who work here are always nice and helpful. Many times I have asked the vegetable guys to go check for things in the back for me, and they have always done it with delight. The customer service counter is always helpful. The store is always very clean, organized, and well-managed. Their pre-made pizzas are really good and usually really inexpensive. Overall, there's no reason why I'd ever shop at the other grocery store in town. Tops is the place.

Tops pharmacy always gives me the best prices on my prescriptions. Gotta say, I can't help but to like the rest of the store as well. It's always clean and the people are friendly. Prices are up everywhere, but that's Definitely not Topps fault. That's everywhere. I still feel I get more from Topps than I do from other stores in the area, for the same money.

This store is always clean and ordered. The aisles are wide enough to navigate comfortably. The Tops organization responds to consumer input. The volume of the in-store radio PA has been reduced some, which is appreciated, and the programming is much better than it was in the summer of 2017. It is no longer annoying. Food choices are many, with two well-stocked organic aisles. The pharmacy is good to have in-store and the staff is pleasant and professional.

I have nothing but great things to say about Tops in New Paltz.. Very clean, Great staff, always friendly, familiar faces... Very helpful & Hassle free customer service center.. Easy to find products (if u can't find something, ask any employee & they'll happily find it for you), decent prices + Nice perks (Gas Cards, Diaper Club, etc)..

Tops is a nice friendly clean Supermarket they're produced apartment in Deli departments are fantastic along with their meat department they also have sushi there soups and salads and you can get pizza there and their Fried Chicken is outrageous will always shop at tops

A nice clean store with friendly staff. Not the biggest in the area but my first choice when I go to shopping groceries. There's election is better than some things then the bigger stores.

Very clean and very big supermarket. Their membership gives you great deals. We good customer service.

Great job with the new remodel & new ownership. The same good employees but with more options then before. Prices seem the same on most items, but better prices on a lot of things too.
