I had an amazing, I should say exceptional experience with this company. I bought way to too much wallpaper! The wallpaper was very good quality and the room looks fabulous, but I bought twice the amount I needed , simply miscalculated. It was a custom order and I wrote to them asking them to consider an exception without any hope that they would! It’s been 3 months since I ordered it!

They agreed and even sent me a return shipping label!

Their customer service is better than most vendors I have been dealing with throughout my remodeling project! This is a place you can trust. I will always order from them!

The BEST Customer Service in a long time! I worked with Jessica and she continued to keep me informed with multiple emails! The light fixture we ordered was not in stock anywhere in the United States. I was going to cancel but decided to stay with Burke Decor because Jessica communicated so well with me. She kept me updated and let me know when I could expect it. It did show up today via common carrier today. The outside of the box was damaged but the light fixture made it perfectly due to the awesome packaging they did at Burke. I will buy from Burke again when in need of lighting based on the level of customer service and communication that I received from Jessica! Thanks again! Wes

Ordered from Burke decor twice. Their customer service is absolutely amazing. I had to switch delivery address, because we were moving and new couch would not arrive until after we move to a new house, so they changed the delivery address without any problems. The second time I ordered an area rug and it arrived sooner than expected. I absolutely love my purchases from them. You will always get quality pieces at reasonable price.

Burke Décor has won me over. I purchased the beautiful Crockett Desk in White Wash & Antiqued Dark Grey from them in December 2020. After a few months I noticed a very rare defect in the material of the desk. I reached out to customer service, and they were very helpful. After a few days they came back to me with a remedy that I was more than happy with. I would absolutely recommend Burk Décor to anyone looking to make a furniture purchase. Not only do they have great products, but they stand behind the quality of their products and have amazing customer service! I’d give them 6 stars if I could.

I purchased a beautiful chair from Burke decor. It arrived in good condition and looks fantastic in my home. I also took advantage of a sale they were having so it was great to get a better deal. I highly recommend!

I have placed 13+ orders with Burke in the last year or so and I never cease to be excited by their curation of items, from furniture to tableware. I go to them for unique things and everything I have ever gotten from them I have gotten compliments on.

Let it be noted that they are not a 'place-an-order-and-it-comes-immediately' kind of place. They are a smaller team and company and so it can take a little longer. BUT the wait is a price I am willing to pay to have fun, quality, unique things in my house.

Lastly, they have a point system I just learned about where you get credit to spend in your account. Do not miss out on this!

Great product & service!
I've been addicted to their Djeco Gallery puzzles. They have such unique and beautiful artistry that can be appreciated by both kids and adults. They are easy enough to put together, but also fun for adults.
We have been putting them together after dinner with groups of friends, and it's been so much fun, we've give them as gifts now! we constantly receive compliments on the artwork and get asked about them all the time.
Burke Decor's website is great, easy to use, and secure online ordering! We got fast shipment and have only experienced great customer service.

Finding exactly what you want in wallpaper is tough. If you are like my family and I, it is nearly impossible. That is until we found the enormous and extraordinarily unique selection at Burke Decor. The paper is beautiful, durable yet feminine (for my daughters room) has a classic feel but upon closer look s a bit on the unusual side. We just love the paper, and the service we received was personal to the point I felt like I was working with a small boutique and they cared about my experience.

I was a bit worried about my order when I placed it before looking at reviews. Burke shipped it right away and arrived two days early! We love our new rug!

Great service! Great product! I ordered a rifle co. rug from Burke Decor and absolutely love it. Yes, it did take a month to ship. However, I was notified of that upon purchasing. After reading several bad reviews about shipping I did call once it was close to the one month mark and their associate was nothing but kind and helpful!

We love Djeco toys and board games, luckily found Burke Decor have tons of Djeco selections online and the price is unbeatable with promotions! Most of the items were shipped in a timely manner. My little one got several Djeco toys as Christmas gifts and she loves them!

I've recently made three orders through Burke Decor. Burke Decor is one of the few online companies that sells a unique Japanese home goods brand called Puebco. All my orders arrived in a timely matter and were packaged very well. I was very please the entire experience and plan on leveraging Burke Decor going forward.

i had been eyeing the maricopa table for months. when burke offered 25% discount, i decided to buy it. knowing full well the delays in furniture i wasn’t surprised it would be a bit of a wait. when it arrived several months later, it was assembled and placed in my living room and all packaging was removed. i was very pleased with their service, and have since ordered another piece from Burke.
