I have been with State Farm since 1996 in Florida and Georgia previously. When it came time to change my policy to Ohio from Florida, I found Jason Reckard, his wife Kerry and Tammie. I read all reviews and none were below 5 stars. That sold me. I walked into the agency and felt like family. I was given a great policy with nearly 50 percent in savings from the one I had in Florida. I thank Tammie for those numbers. If you want to feel like family and get a great rate, look no further. I would highly recommend.

The entire office is extremely helpful and informative no matter who you speak with. Typically, I work with Tammie & Kerry but anyone at any point is able to assist. I have been with this office for more than 10 years and I know they will help you in anyway that they can. Tons of offerings, no hassle just good people. 10/10 if I could.

The reason Jason has been my only insurance agent is because, he cares and does whatever is necessary to care of my insurance needs. His rates are reasonable and competitive. I was there for Karrie to take pictures of my 89 T-bird to put Historical insurance on it. Sorry Karrie if I spelled your name wrong. Jason and Karrie are great to talk to. It's like your on the same page with them. I've had another insurance company before them and you dealt with one person. State Farm, whomever answers the phone, that's who you talk to and they're all great to talk to. It's nice because everyone there can take care of you rather than with the other insurance company of your agent wasn't there or busy you had to wait or let them call you back.

His office & staff have went above and beyond to take care of me with both every vehicle I’ve owned. I also like when you stop in the office not only how the staff greats you but you can always be sure that Jason himself will come out to see how everything’s going. There have been times I’m driving ny the office & just stop In to say hello to the staff.
