Citizens Bank Supermarket Branch

I have been with Citizens bank for years now, and have always been treated with kindness at my branch in Cedarville. Any time I have had a problem with anything else from them on the 800# over the years and I have had some doozies believe me but it was always handled w ease. They even notified me of some charges that showed up on my account while I was sitting here at home and they stopped it short!

This branch is awesome; super friendly, fast, professional, and always available to assist with questions and concerns.

I wrote this review specifically to counter the one Jeff left 7 years ago. He obviously did NOT HAVE an account if he was charged a fee.

I mainly use the ATM here and not the other banking features, but it is really handy and convenient to have a grocery store, bank, and FedEx drop off all in one location!

I love this branch, I’ve been going there for years.Any time I come in they all know me by name and they always go over and beyond with their customer service.

Small bank but fast and friendly customer service. It's located within the Shaw's supermarket, at the front of the store near the checkout lanes and cash registers. It also has a Citizens Bank ATM machine, which is accessible whenever Shaw's is open.

STAY AWAY!!! As a prior customer, I had the pleasure (as it was at time of opening with all smiles) of opening accounts here a few years back, soon realizing it was not a user friendly fee structure so i left, no harm as they were not my primary bank, nor my 2nd bank- i was opening a door that i may have wanted to explore if need arose.
My issue today is the 7 dollars they stole from me yesterday, under the guise of “Fee”. I had a check (personal) given to me drawn on citizen’s bank, so i choose to cash it here as i was shopping at Shaw’s. They had the audacity to steal a 7 dollar "fee" for cashing MY CHECK- TO ME?? Needless to say, i am shocked at the bank (the teller was as nice as could be, this was not her policy so i was not verbal to her other than expressing my shock, surprise, and promise to tell anyone who uses the bank of my 7 dollar fleecing)
*I hope it was worth the 7 dollars to get such reviews to warn others away from banking here, really? You need a new marketing department and a conscience. 7 dollars Citizens bank, really, was it worth it? If you truly had needed 7 dollars so badly, I would have given it to you, rather than have it stolen from me in such a shameful manner.

The absolute epitome of a “bank” to no fault of the workers the corporation itself is a joke when it first opened there was 3 tellers who actually smiled and didn’t have an attitude problem
Then there was 2 tellers then 1 now none BUT you’re welcome to use the virtual reality ATM, where a guy from Indonesia gets on the screen and ask you questions like what’s your last four of your Social Security when did you open account etc. while you have everybody checking out behind you to hear all your information

Melkin From customer support was no help no one is any help at any these branches will be closing my account asap.ATM ate my check now account is locked down debit card frozen ect for no reason At all over 146$ check when had 3 grand account so now screwing with my own money I’ll personally never do business with this bank again very very shady people I’ve talked too everyone can’t help because next person is busy at the moment 🤦‍♂

Useless, if the money dispenser isn’t working you can not cash a check. No alternatives, a bank that relies on a machine.
