Wow! Just purchased a great Nissan Rogue to go along with our Mazda CX-5
bought in May-Karyn is GREAT- after many phone calls and text messages she greeted us with a big smile and answered our (many) questions and encouraged us to ask more ! We test drove multiple vehicles and she helped us to narrow it down to what would make us happiest. Chris treated us like family and welcomed us to pick his brain about makes, models, tires, engine types, and maintenance- he knows the business better than anyone and shares his expertise and experience freely. The entire Lucchettis team are friendly and helpful (Bailey is smart, patient, and answered many questions also because he was usually the first person we ran into) A positive experience from start to finish. We will continue to use Lucchettis for all our automotive needs, or just to stop, see a friendly face and say hello.

Found a great deal on a vehicle I'd been shopping for a while. As an out-of-state buyer, I was not going to be able to make it up to MA to complete the sale. Luckily, Dave was totally on top of the sale from start to finish. No games, no weird fees or other nonsense that makes car buying a pain. I placed the first call about the car on Tuesday and it was in my driveway 500 miles away on Saturday morning. Highly recommended!

My daughter and I just purchased a beautiful ford explorer , Dave was texting her from a buying event they brought a bunch of cars to the lot , he texted her when They came. She had looked at few other dealerships but really ridiculous trade in $ for her car, blaming it on Covid ! Dave was so easy to deal with he knew what she wanted and delivered it. He really cares about each customer and what they are looking for, helps them stay w/ in their budget and is not pushy at all, just a really good experience overall. Chris was also very helpful as we navigated the stressful process dealing w/ the insurance company after my husbands car was hit and then totaled. He gave us some great tips and advice in regards to making sure we get a fair settlement check and we appreciated him taking the time to go over that process with us. We had the BEST car buying experience at Lucchetti’s!! No pressure at all; in fact it was like visiting with friends, the difference being when you say goodbye you leave with a new vehicle. Lucchetti’s has more Jeep Wranglers than any other dealership we went to. Karyn Ingram showed us multiple Jeeps until we found just the right one. We swapped out the hard top for a soft top with no issues and we traded our older Wrangler for a very fair price. This was our first time experiencing this type of friendly vehicle purchase before; and our first time ever that we hugged the salesperson.
