Brookings Inn

My family really enjoyed our stay here, We stayed a night and was very pleased. The pool/splash pad was amazing for our two young kiddos, and we loved how it wasn’t too busy. I read the reviews beforehand and didn’t expect too much, however I was blown away with how picky people are once I got there and fully got the experience. The restaurant was great, pool was great, customer service was great and our room was clean with no stench whatsoever. We will definitely recommend this to our family and friends, and will be coming back once we travel back this way!
Folks it’s so worth it, not crowded and it’s CHEAP! So we Prefer this over GWL 😁

Booked a two queen and pull out sofa. Room was spacious and clean. We got a room with pool view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the waterpark and restaurant were great. Our room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again, hopefully bring the whole family next time! Breakfast room, food, and lobby were wonderful. I actually wish we could have stayed longer, I wanted to check out the fitness room! Highly recommend the Brookings Inn to anyone and while you are there be sure to check out McCrory Gardens!

Brookings inn is a great place to stay it’s a older building and the rooms are cozy. The rooms are clean and comfortable again it’s older hotel.the water park is also fun for kids and the room temp is good and pool temp is at what should be 80-83 degrees and hot tub at 102

Brookings Inn is a very safe & family & pet friendly place to stay. It is also, as I stated, pet-friendly, making it a great choice for people alone with pets, couples & families traveling with their furry companions. The waterpark on the premises adds to the appeal, & the restaurant La-Cantana offers good food. The employees at Brookings Inn are known for their friendliness & professionalism. I personally stayed there alone with my two dogs in the past & had a positive experience. Overall, I highly recommend Brookings Inn.

The atmosphere, facilities, waterpark, rooms and ABOVE ALL the amazing staff here are top-notch. Eric, Aria, Heather, Travis, and Alex and their colleagues are very on top of addressing guest questions and issues, and I felt after several days here this past week, I knew I had found the best place to stay in Brookings by far! 5 stars all-around!

Came to swim love the fact you can pay to just use the pool

This is our second time staying here, we are usually here for an extended stay because of my bf work. The water park is nice, has a big hot tub, and lazy river. The breakfast could be improved as I feel it needs a little more variety, but the rooms are clean, water is hot, not much to choose from on tv channels, but all in all it's great and will be back next year!

Only visited the conference room, but the pool area looked really neat!

My whole stay has been amazing not only did they work with me they went out of their way to do anything they could to make my stay as comfortable as possible . I found out I had cancer and was staying at the brookings inn tell family could fly to get me and I could fly back home and the staff was far past amazing , I just cant say enough on how good I was treated . I have been too to many hotels that are good hotels and clean bit their cutomer service skills just plain sucled , however that wasnt the case at the brookings inn. As I said theey where amazing to me and went way past thror job description to make sure I was not only comfortable but had everything I needed and the staff no matter if it was day or night was just amazing . so I gige these guys a 5 star for everything , by far the best stay I have had in a hotel and they hit the mark in every area . I just cant thank the staff enough for how good they treated me and how they went above thwir job discription to just make sure I was comfortable again theywhere all amazing and I am very grateful just a amazing place and people.

Loved the pool and the beds are comfy

Great place. We needed help with the TV when we got in from a long day of driving. Eric the assistant manager was prompt and efficient in taking care of our needs.

Eric at the front desk does a great job helping customers! We have brought our basketball and baseball team here this year and he has been amazing!

We didn’t stay at the hotel, just went swimming but the front desk lady working Friday, April 16th was very accommodating & had great customer service!

Took my 4 kids to the Splashzone Waterpark for several hours today. Great staff, and loved having the pool areas to ourselves for most of the day!

Front desk staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. Room was clean. Quiet hotel.
