Royal River Casino & Hotel

Visited here on New Year's Eve. Great buffet, tons of slot machines, awesome live music. Waiter at the restaurant was super friendly and attentive. Didn't stay in a room, but the hotel appeared nice. Great time!

Most casinos are pretty similar, nothing really sets them apart other than their employees. This place has the best employee ever her name is angel. She is an absolute rock star at what she does. Every time I talked to her I'm treated like family.

The restaurant we visited was truly amazing. The store was also very nice. The employees all over, particularly Jessica, the supervisor of the Gift Shop were exceptionally professional & kind. Jessica's hard work, knowledge, & professionalism were outstanding. Her customer service was exceptional, too.

I had good experience at royal river had fun gambling. The vibe was great. I won 5 hundred playing keno on free play. Thank you Royal river casino

Overall, it was a great place to stay and do a little gambling. Great value. Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff.

The restaurant is nice place to eat and the staff are very nice there. The food is delicious. You can get a $5. senior meal voucher which can be used against the meal you purchase after you get 5 points from playing. There's some new machines there that I haven't played yet but looks like it could be fun. The snack bar is now open. Love the chicken strips and onion rings. The buffet is now open on the weekends too.. And the birthday money booth is open too. I love that they have coatcheck especially during the cold season. Also the service counter staff and security people are nice as well. Overall its a nice place to eat, play and stay. Went to the fireworks on 4th of July and that was awesome! Once again the food there was very good and service too. ☆ Its only $7.77 for steak on Thursday nights. Went on New Years Eve and it was a blast. And the snack bar was open so we got to eat after ringing in the New Years. And I won a little on the slots. That was a bonus! Happy New Year 2024!🎉🎉

Had a wonderful experience. We stayed in a king suite, which was very spacious and even included a jetted tub. The hotel front desk was very helpful. The food in the only restaurant was good. There is a coffee shop and a snack bar. The gaming was okay, took us a minute to get used to people smoking on the gaming floor.

Clean, friendly place. Buffet was amazing except needed to be restocked

It was fun but didn't leave rich!!!! Oh well, next time...

Sucks the machines didn't payout when we were there on Sunday. Very nicely updated since the last time I was there very nice.. .
Definitely will be back , was very impressed with the place.

Royal River Casino is a great destination spot. The rooms are clean and reasonably priced. In fact, if you can afford the small upcharge, the 1100 square foot suites are out of this world! The on-site restaurant has great food at really reasonable prices, and portion sizes are enough for the largest appetites. The casino has a great selection of slots, and it has table games, which you don't see at a large percentage of the casinos these days. All in all, you can't go wrong.

On new years eve they need to hire more staff. Had to wait a long time for a drink felt like the guys which there was only two was ignoring me. One guy said give me a minute then left the bar . Went to the other side evidently I was not young enough cause I keep on getting ignored. Sent my husband over took him ten minutes to get our drinks .by the time we got our drinks we only had 15 minutes to finish them. 🤬

Did a little gambling on the Poker machines & then enjoyed the Friday night Seafood Buffet. Excellent food! Place is clean & fun.

I enjoy it there. But they really have tighten up their machines.. Which is sad.. Just to help pay for their remodeling. But l will say their Buffet is really good and their rooms are really nice. come-on loosen up your machines a little bit. thank you I do enjoy where Royal River a lot it's a nice place the employees are all very nice very courteous that's one of my favorite places to go

I LOVE going to Royal River. I usually always win my money back. Nice friendly staff. Casino is clean. It's just a nice experience. I especially like that we can use our points in the gift shop just like cash. Got a beautiful purse was 50.00 but out of pocket cash was 14.00. Oh yeah!! Highly recommend!! They treat you royally!!
