Big shout out to Bobby in outside garden! He not only helped us with our mulch he also loaded it up and moved it for us. He was personable and a pleasure to work with. Exceptional customer service😊

I purchased some pavers for .88 each to use to edge my flower beds. They had the outside garden area open with a cashier, which made it very convenient. I also purchased some tulips which were clearances for 2.49 that are just starting to bud.

They have more than their competition, and it's cleaner and more up-to-date.
Not to mention, we came from a competing store where we were told that the saw was "broken." The whole reason we even went to Lowe's was that we needed a piece of wood cut. The guy at Lowe's informed us that lazy people sometimes "pretend" that the saw is broken. But at Lowe's we got a guy who wasn't at all lazy, and we were grateful!

Gentlemen named Tom from aisle 3 was super nice helpful and definitely went above and beyond. Few Gentlemen in other departments as well helpful and nice.

Better price for a lot of items that I looked at in home Dep@t.

Lowes fencing/Kingston, MA was the lowest quote out of three we received. The customer service was amazing. The installation/the job was done perfectly. We love our new vinyl fence! Todd from the fencing department was so helpful, so nice and always available if we had to call with questions prior to d after installation. He was the one who came out to give us the initial quote but followed through with us until the end- until the job was done. The people who came out to actually install it were really great too! Everyone called and/or came when they said, all were friendly and everything done efficiently. We are so happy. Highly recommend!

Do not recommend fence installation. We got quote in Dec 2020 and signed contract. The person who came from Lowes to give the quote said that solid 8 ft panels would work ok with the slope on one side of our yard, so we decided to get that instead of the stockade style.

Fast forward to a few months later and Lowes says that all the material is in, and ready to be installed. We get delivery of material and installers came to install fence. They were able to install the posts for the chainlink but not the chainlink, because all the top rail was missing. They also refused to install the cedar panels on the slope on the yard since they said there would be a very large gap between the fence and the ground.

So, I contacted the person who proposed the paneling, and he said that in order to replace that with the stockade style (which can adjust to the slope of the ground), it would potentially be months to wait (because of understandable material shortages).

When the installers came back a second time, they again refused to install the solid 8 ft panels, but were able to install the rest of the chainlink. So at this point I called installation support (prob my 12th call to them at this point), and asked that we get new fence material that can be installed on a slope. At this point I got involved with manager at Lowes store and they helped to finally get things moving.

Fast forward to November 2021 and the fence is finally installed. It looks great, but the experience with Lowes was terrible.

TLDR: Look for other options for fencing

I ordered an expensive item online to be picked up at the store. I was notified quickly that the item was ready for pickup and went to the service. I was greeted by a nice young man who helped me because the online site did not take my military discount like it showed. He was very helpful in figuring out what happened was able to adjust my purchase price and thanked me for my service as I exited the store. All in all a great experience with a friendly staff.

I’m actually very fond of this store. It’s one of the finer Lowe’s stores in the area along with Pembroke (my home store of course). It’s a clean store and the associates are always available and willing to help!!

It is refreshing to come to Lowes since we usually go to Home Depot. And, we realized Lowes definitely carry more home decorator items which allow us to think in different directions of interior works, than Home Depot, which more contractor-inclined.
All Workers are friendly enough to assist us when we spoke to them. The Store was clean overall.

I placed and order online and needed assistance with the delivery date. The date I was scheduled for was too late for the work being done. I spoke to Michelle in Delivery and she was amazing. She changed the delivery date which worked great for our work being done in our home. She really was a life saver and also very sweet.

The manager who helped us was outstanding. She helped us in the aisles and we didn't realize she was the manager until we needed help at the service desk and she was paged. Very friendly, was able to multitask and saw our purchase through to loading on our truck.

Immaculate facility. Friendly, helpful staffing. East-on-easy-ff of southbound Rt. 3.
