Shipped out my 2023 Ford F250 Front hood shield with no packing inside the box, no stickers on outside describing FRAGILE. Emailed the team and they cant help me. Said I waited to long to contact them. I am a business owner with multiple obligations. I did not meet the timeline. The feedback is not in request for the money, it is so that consumers and the business to understand the liability when shipping items without proper concern.
